About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and currently have four cats that I’ve cared for for the past four years. Growing up, my family always had dogs ranging from small to large breeds, so I’m comfortable with all sizes and personalities. I’ve also helped care for family members’ dogs over the years, including feeding, walks, playtime, and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I’m reliable, patient, and truly enjoy being around animals. I always try to make pets feel safe, loved, and cared for just like they would at home. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I’m already used to caring for animals every day with my own pets. I’m a teacher, so during the summers I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability to help with walks, drop-ins, feedings, or overnight care. I enjoy spending time with animals, so pet care is something I genuinely look forward to being part of my routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always try to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of attention and playtime, and go on walks or potty breaks as needed. I also make sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m respectful of each client’s home and always keep things clean, organized, and well cared for.

About: I have spent much of my life taking care of different animals. I grew up on a farm handling chores for animals of all kinds from horses to dogs and cats. I currently have a 3 year old Maine Coon cat named Boston! I currently work mornings, typically 7-3 M-F. My hours vary depending on the week and what I am busy with at work. I work shifts on weekends and nights when needed I have a yard for your pet to run around in and play. I do have 3 other pets in my home that are properly vaccinated and friendly!

About: I've pet/house sat for multiple people in the past. Animals include dogs, cats, fish, and reptiles. I like to have a meet and greet before ever staying with your pets alone. If you have any special diets or quirks make sure we discuss them in advance! I don't mind staying for a few hours to watch your animals or just drop in, whatever is needed! I have a nighttime job so, your animals will need to be able to be alone at night a few days of the week! I will discuss meal plan, how often you walk them/let them outside, and if they have meds with you prior to caring for your animals.

I treat my fur babies as family and care for them as if they were my own children. Being told I may not be able to have children has made my pets even more precious to me — they truly are my family.

About: I have experience with all kinds of dogs! My own 2 dogs come from very different places. Belle (3 yo, mixed breed) is a medium-sized rescue dog from the island of St. Croix and Atari (4 yo, Cavachon mixed breed) was born on a farm and has been spoiled since birth! :) I also volunteer with Ruff Start USVI, the rescue service that rescued my dog Belle! I spend time with the rescue puppies, taking care of them, playing with them, etc. My family also often foster dogs from Ruff Start, Belle was a foster dog before we decided to adopt her! I am currently searching for a summer part time job so I have lots of time to take care of your pets this summer! I will be in the Ankeny area until August 10th when I move back to Ames for college! I will be able to provide services in Ames once I return! ☺️ I will update with my college schedule once it gets closer to move-in. I am completely flexible to whatever your dog may need! I can perfectly heed to any dog schedule and follow along with any weird little quirk! I love sending pictures and will send plenty of updates or only a few, whatever you prefer!

About: I have had pets my entire adult life, and I know how important it is to you to find the right person to take care of them while you’re away. I am committed to taking care of your pets like they’re my own, and I’m excited to provide lots of love and fun! I work from home, and my husband is a full time dad, so we’d be happy to spend time with your pets, go for walks as a family, and see to their every need! About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been taking care of family, friends, and neighbors dogs since I was 12. I love big dogs and small. I’m very active and love walking and running around with my pets. I’m a college student home for the summer taking remote summer classes so my schedule is extremely flexible and I’m available a majority of the week. I am surrounded by a large open grass yard and plenty of space in my home for inside or outdoor play. I also have a dog bed that I wash between every visit.
