“Olivia did a great job of keeping me posted! Especially since she had to deal with my cranky cat . He is 3 years and has never been away from his mom!! There was a lot of hissing going on, and it wasn't Olivia ! Thank you Olivia for being so patient.”

“Jen took very good care of our 2 cats with her drop in visits twice a day. One of our cats is diabetic so she has to be fed 12 hours a part and given an injection after the feedings each time. We asked her with very short lead time and she took the time to come to our house so we could meet her and she could meet our cats before the booking. We appreciated this very much.”

“Alisa was a wonderful sitter for our two cats while we were away for 10 days. She came by every day and made sure our cats were fed and cared for and even watered a couple of our plants for us. We had zero issues while we were gone and it gave us real peace of mind knowing everything was in good hands. Our cat Lucy is usually very shy and hides from strangers, but she actually stayed out for Alisa! We would absolutely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and kind sitter.”

“Ali was great with my older cat! She visited every morning and was able to give him his medicine and other necessities. She had great communication every day and I loved seeing pictures of my cat looking so happy. Will definitely use again in the future!”

“Amber was great! She did a meet and greet beforehand with us and our parrots. She's personable, communicative, and she showed up when she said she would and sent clear, helpful messages and pictures to ease our mind. Absolutely recommended - thanks, Amber!”

“Reliable communication and pet care. Our first time using Rover and it was nice to be able to leave and not be worried about the cats while we were gone. Check-ins with pictures were great :)”

About: Say hello to your energetic and enthusiastic dog/cat lover! No pet is too young, too old, too hyper, or too skittish for me. I’ve been around animals even before I was allowed to have my own; feeding strays and spending time with them. I have 2 cats of my own (Gundham and Cheesepuff) and I’m best buddies with a corgi named Owen and an old man German Pointer named Sammy. I’ve taken care of a range of species from livestock (chickens), fish to exotic indoor pets, such as snakes Guinea pigs, and lizards! I became a certified dog groomer in 2025 from attending the dmacc continuing education program and work fulltime at a grooming salon in west Des Moines. In that class I got a feel for a mixture of personalities and I came to the conclusion that every dog deserves just as much love as the next! I hope to be the next well known dog groomer on the block and my journey to that goal starts here! I’m excited to meet you all! Pets are my priority. I’m usually up around 7-8 am so my cats get fed first thing in the morning. Since I don’t have a filtered water bowl I change out their water twice a day; extra if they get food floaters I their food. While I’m gone they are occupied with toys and YouTube nature videos to keep them company. On the weekends I usually have more time to spend with them and once a month they get full baths! As for my personal schedule I usually have group visits on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY and I’m usually available after 12pm for walks and checks in’s. Any overnight stays will be from Friday- Monday. I do start my grooming job on the 21st of this month so my availability may change but will be done so in a timely manner. If you have anymore questions please don’t hesitate to ask! I have 2 cats at home, which while they are independent I always have an eye out for their water and food and I spend plenty of quality time and play with them. Before I leave anywhere I make sure they have all that they need, anything they can get into is sealed/ closed off, and even leave soothing music on. Mainly classical!

About: I have had dogs for about 30 years. Dogs are not just pets, they are the love of a child's, man or woman's life. The way a dog greets you warms the heart and I melt whenever I get a puppy kiss. I myself have a sweet fur baby and he is spoiled rotten! Wait???? Can they actually be too spoiled???!! Hmm.... NOPE! You precious family member will be treated with love, kindness and more fun than they can imagine while you are away on vacation, work trip or just visiting friends for a long weekend. I look forward to meeting your fur babies and giving them love and kisses while you are away. Thanks for considering me for this role. I make my own pets part of my daily activities and routine. They are my little fur babies and they get all the love and attention they need right along with my family. We are strict leash outside family. Our pets are goomed regularly, played with each day and fed top of the line organic foods. Nothing is spared.

About: I live on a farm and I have had/have all different types of dogs and all other farm animals growing up. I am very particular in the care of my pets that would take your needs of your pets very seriously. I’m a stay at home animal mom already. I have a flexible schedule that I can work with you to get the best schedule for your pets needs. Stopping by mornings, afternoons, evenings! * I only do drop in visits and walks* I am able to give the clients pet the love and care it needs while they are away. I’m very particular about my own pets care that it is my personal duty to keep the clients normal routine for their pet as close as possible for pets best interest. With plenty of updates.

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life. I love being able too see and pet all sorts of animals. I think that it would be a privlidge to take care of someone else's pet. I would treat them like my own and take them on various walks and many potty breaks. Its something that you can't ever get back, spending time with animals is relaxing and it helps with your emotional needs too. I generally love animals because they have such a personality of their own sometimes. I have taken care of sick animals too so a sick pup in need is a pup that I can take care of so that you don't have to miss out on work or an event. I only work until 2 pm and I am only working part time hours right now so I have plenty of time during the week and every other weekend to play with your pup! I have two cats and a small dog at home. We take our dog out almost every time we go outside and she has a regular potty schedule! She constantly has food, and cold water (out of the fridge). Safe to say your pup will be a little spoiled.

KaTara R.
“Ka'Tara came to stay in our home for over a month when she and her special kitten Gundham first moved to Iowa. She took impeccable care of our dog and cat as well as our home while she was here. She left everything better than what it was when she arrived. Always going out of her way to do that little extra to make it special. Our pets are crazy about her and she loves both of them like they are her own from the first moment she met them. Now that she moved to the Des Moines metro area, we dont get to see her as often now, but we make a point of seeing her when we go up there, and she still travels if we need her for our home and babies. She has become more than a caretaker. She has become family.”

Nikki M.

“3rd time Nikki has taken care of our dog while we had to go out of town. Its usually last second and she always comes through! She's excellent, highly recommended!”

Amanda D.

“Great just like last time!”

Shanna F.
“Dogs are a good judge of character and our Frenchie loves Shanna and always greets her with plenty of wags and kisses. I would highly recommend her.”

Kalli E.
“Kalli is such a loving person when it comes to people and pets. She will make sure that your pets needs are met, they get the lovin they need to while you are out and that you feel comfortable and confident when leaving your fur baby in her care.”
