“Dana was so wonderful with our kitty! It was our first time leaving him alone while we went out of town and we were a little nervous because he’s very shy around new people. By her second visit with him it was clear he was perfectly comfortable and so happy to see her. Dana sends many pictures and gives you thorough updates with each visit, so you know your baby is safe and happy. She cares very much about each animal she takes on, and you can tell! Highly recommend her!”

“Christopher was wonderful and very responsible. It was so fun getting to see pictures of our dog at each of his visits to our home. It was our first time using Rover and we couldn’t have picked a better person to care for our dog while we were away. We’ll definitely be using him again. Thanks again, Christopher!”

“Glen did an excellent job taking care of Coco. He gave her a walk, made lunch and all the required water and bathroom breaks. We will leave coco again under the excellent care of Glen.”

“Madison is the best! My dog Chico loves her more than me bc she’s so friendly and loves dogs. She is reliable, communicative and very caring with my pup. Could not be more happy!”

About: I have been taking care of my family dog for 17 years until she passed away and I am looking to get back into taking care of dogs! I have extensive experience with senior dogs and medication administration I work at the junior high school two blocks away from my house and I am able to come home for lunch and quick breaks throughout the day so I am able to take your pet out every 2 hrs if needed. I can care for your pet in my spacious four bedroom house. At my house I have plenty of space for your pet to run around in our yard. I do not own any pets so your pet will be the only one in my home during that time.

About: I have a 3-year-old miniature dachshund who I adopted at just a few months old who’s best friend is a Black Lab/Great Dane mix! Lots of experience with dogs of all ages and sizes between caring for my dog, family dogs, and those of friends! My dog is my best friend, and I’d love to care for yours! I currently work four days a week, giving me three days to devote to animal care whether it be walks, feedings, or playing! Changes in weather create no issues as I understand the importance to meet a dog’s needs for healthy living and growth. Vienna, my miniature dachshund grazes her food throughout the day and enjoys special treats like eggs, peanut butter, and chicken at times. Vienna is taken out multiple times a day for a potty break and gets a good walk either alone or with her Black Lab/Great Dane mix friend! Vienna plays throughout the day, loves to lounge, and is a great assistant to whatever I’m doing.

“Angela was AMAZING taking care of my 9 week old pup! We needed her to make two drop in visits while we were away for the day and she went above and beyond for our puppy. She spent extra time each visit, had no issues going to the hotel front desk to get a key for the room, and followed our special requests as our pup isn't fully vaccinated yet. She seems to really care for the animals she watches and our pup didnt even cry when she put her in her crate for nap time. We are so thankful, especially this being our first time using Rover, and definitely recommend Angela to other puppy and dog parents!”

“Dawanna saved the day! When our original person to watch our dog canceled, she responded promptly to my message. She kept me informed and made my day away, so much easier knowing my dog was taken care of.”

“Oh my goodnessthese people were so wonderful. I did not worry about a thing with them!!! Linda came beforehand to meet Charlie and was perfect with him!! He's an old fella and she was just so sweet. I highly recommend them!!!!”

About: I've loved dogs since I can first remember. my dad got a yellow lab Scottie who i was responsible for training and taking care of. In college after a close friend passed, enter Porter my very own yellow lab. For Porters 3rd birthday me and diana decided to get him a dog friend , enter Oliver our Daschund :) growing up I have cared for my family and neighbors dogs. Diana, my partner of 6 years, has had several dogs growing up and has also raised several litters of puppies. Porter has gone through advanced training and both Oliver and Porter are on the halo system. We see our dogs as family, not just pets. Dogs sleep on the bed and are allowed on the couch. We change the sheets and vacuum daily, meticulously clean. We both work from home (WFH). From the minute we wake up we take the dogs out to play and/or walk for at least 20 minutes along with some training before eating breakfast. We have a fully fenced yard and fairly flexible, constantly take breaks and meetings outside and walks around the neighborhood and park. We care for our pets in our home with the highest form of respect, love and understanding. We really see them as more than family or friends and take them with us everywhere. We bake Porter and Oliver a yearly birthday and holiday dog cake, and have traveled across the US from CA to as far as my hometown of Chicago by both plane and car, and have had dozens of hotel stays - our pack is polite, well mannered and good vibes
