About: Hi! My name is Steffinie, and caring for animals has always been one of the greatest joys in my life. I recently lost my fur baby after 12 years together, and find being around other pets has provided a great deal of comfort. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pup in someone else's care, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. About: I’ve been taking care of all sorts of pets since I was about 15. Neighbors, friends, and family members have always counted on me to take care of their beloved pets! I can accommodate most schedules. I am currently a full time pet sitter and babysitter so I am very flexible and can accommodate most schedules and needs! The only time I am unavailable is Sunday mornings 9am-12pm. I care for pets as if they were my own, while making sure to follow each owners specific instructions and routines. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, freshwater, walks, playtime, medication’s if needed, and plenty of attention and companionship.

About: I've taken care of cats and dogs since I was 8 or 9 and am comfortable with kittens or puppies under 1 year as long as they are potty trained. I can also take care of other, less typical pets like birds, reptiles, rodents, fish, etc. if given a run through of how to take care of them. Ella was amazing! We were leaving for Europe for two weeks and needed a last minute pet sitter for our golden retriever and cat! Marcus was the dream pet sitter! He has such a calming presence that our cats really took to. He took care of our cats per instructions and even went above and beyond (taking trash out, refilling food storage containers) that we will definitely be booking him again. Maya was absolutely AMAZING! I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. She took such wonderful care of Leo and Lucy while we were away and gave us so much peace of mind throughout our entire trip. I could tell Leo and Lucy felt comfortable and safe with her, which means everything to me. Being so far away from them is usually stressful for me, but knowing Maya was there made such a huge difference. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for cats, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog walker to take care of our two crazy pups for 5 days! 🐾❤️ From the very beginning, we felt completely comfortable knowing they were in such good hands. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
