About: I’m a college student with 4 years experience who loves dogs, enjoys spending time playing with them, and really likes meeting and caring for new dogs whenever I get the chance. I have experience caring for dogs and puppies through helping family members with their pets, including feeding, walking, playtime, and providing loving, reliable care to keep pets safe, happy, comfortable, and well cared for.” I follow a daily schedule to care for my cats, including feeding them in the morning and evening, cleaning litter boxes regularly, providing fresh water, and spending time playing and bonding with them throughout the day. I provide a safe, trustworthy, and comfortable environment for pets by following their routine closely, ensuring their space is clean and secure, giving them fresh food and water, and offering gentle, attentive care and companionship.
“Laudianny was absolutely fantastic! I was so anxious to leave my dogs for a few days but she made the experience seamless. Great communication, super kind and each pic I got the boys looked so happy. Would highly recommend.”

About: With six years of dedicated companionship with my own beloved dog, I've honed my pet care skills to perfection. From daily walks to cozy cuddle sessions, I understand the importance of providing love, attention, and personalized care to furry friends. Whether it's administering medication, following specific dietary needs, or simply offering companionship, I pride myself on creating a safe and nurturing environment where pets thrive. Incorporating pet care into my daily and weekly routine is a top priority for me. Each day begins with a morning walk, ensuring my furry friend gets the exercise they need to start their day right. Throughout the week, I schedule regular feeding times and play sessions to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. I also carve out time for grooming, whether it's brushing their coat or trimming their nails, to ensure their well-being and hygiene. Additionally, I make it a point to dedicate quality time for bonding activities, such as training sessions or simply snuggling on the couch. By seamlessly integrating pet care into my routine, I provide consistent love and attention to my furry companion, enriching both of our lives. Regardless of the setting, I remain attentive to each pet's individual needs, whether it's administering medication, providing grooming services, or simply offering companionship and reassurance. Regular communication with clients ensures that they are kept informed about their pet's well-being and any notable updates during their absence. Ultimately, my goal is to provide loving and responsible care that gives both pets and their owners peace of mind.

About: I provide daily updates with pictures and videos, so pet owners feel comfortable and connected with me while I care for their pets and have a peace of mind while separated I currently work part time for an after school program from 1:30-5:30pm. I’m available to do walks/drop in visits with your pets in the mornings and evenings during the week. As for the weekends I have open availability. I care for every pet based on their individual routine, with a focus on safety, comfort, and building trust. For dogs, I follow their walking schedule, exercise needs, and any specific instructions, always providing water and breaks when needed. For cats, I respect their comfort level, keep their food, water, and litter box clean, and provide playtime or quiet companionship based on their personality. I always follow the owner's care instructions and provide updates for peace of mind.

About: I've had my dog his whole life (17 years) but I've actually been a caretaker for my entire life. I'm the eldest sibling, first grandchild, therefore the oldest of all of my cousins & I have babysat all of them (and their pets) through all stages of young life. I'm used to taking care of animals & kids. I used to volunteer at an animal shelter as a kid in Pennsylvania, and thus far there isn't a single animal that I've come to contact that I don't like! These days, I do a lot of pet & house sitting for my artist friends and family (ranging from just a walk a day to over a week of living with their pets.) I have experience with older animals with medical needs, and I've even taken over for friends who were pet sitting themselves but couldn't handle the difficulties of living in a small space with a large teething puppy. A couple of years ago (right before the pandemic) one of my favorite neighborhood cats brought my to her newborn kittens, and I took it upon myself to feed & house her & the babies until they were ready for adoption (and they're all safe and happy with their individual families). Even the mom eventually got spayed & adopted. I'm a freelance artist, so my schedule varies from week to week. At the moment, I have a lot of freedom, so I'm prepared to take on whatever service(s) are needed of me. I follow instructions very well & always leave homes cleaner than how I entered them. In the past, I've created lists on my phone with furbaby's routines & needs (medical details with images included as an added measure,) as well as sending pictures/videos to their owners while they're out.
About: Ive been pet sitting since I was around 12 years old, and have had a dog ever since I was a kid. I love taking care of animals and giving them as much love and attention as possible. Ive taken care of small Yorkies to large Rottweilers and everything in between. I have also been professionally walking dogs for the last 5 years. I have always had a special place in my heart for animals of all kinds, which leads me to prioritize their needs. I am currently working as a professional pet sitter/walker so your pets needs are my top priority! I am very diligent about keeping the animals safe; not only while they are outside but while they are in the home as well. While on walks I have worked with different kinds of reactive dogs and know techniques and strategies that will help keep all parties safe and secure. I also have experience in giving pets medication and making sure they don'e eat anything that could hurt them.
“Elisa was a wonderful sitter for our two kitties. I greatly appreciated the extra effort she took to work with us when our schedule changed due to bad weather. And I know Jack enjoyed getting a little play time!”

“I would definitely recommend Fallon— she was consistently prompt and responsive, and our care instructions were followed perfectly. Our shyest cat rarely makes an appearance when we have a cat sitter, and he was out and about from day 1.”

My responsibilities have included feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, playtime, and providing companionship. I am attentive to each pet’s routine and personality, whether they are social and playful or prefer a quieter environment. I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented, and I enjoy sending updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are well cared for. i’m currently a college student that is available in the morning or at night !! I am free all day on most weekends as well! i know how to respect the boundaries of animals and still remain assertive. I do give them a lot of attention because I know that’s what they need!! I always make sure they have food and water as well!
“Jennifer did a great job with my two senior kitties who, while social, are not used to being taken care of by strangers. My shyer cat immediately took a liking to her, and I came home to two calm cats simply happy to see me -- no cat-grudges to be had. Jennifer was quick with communication, and reached out to let me know when my dry-food auto feeders were being wonky, even though I told her she didn't have to worry about the dry food. Overall, a great experience!”
About: I've been in love with animals for as long as I can remember! I grew up around animals and owned a chihuahua. I regularly take care of friends' dogs in the area when they are out of town and am happy to meet some new furry friends! I am very loving, responsible, organized, nurturing, and attentive. Animals make me happy. I would love to take care of your furry friend! Book me and allow me to do something I love to do. I currently work from home, so my schedule is very flexible! I'm happy to visit your dog whenever is best for their schedule. I will gladly send you picture and video updates of your pet, and happy to play with them using their favorite toys. I also love cuddle sessions! I will ensure your pet is being cared for and am open to learning your pet's caregiving style. I like to listen to the pets I care for and pay attention to their body language. That has helped me fully understand the needs of each pet I have taken care of.

About: With over 10 years of pet sitting experience, our home has become a second home for countless furry friends. What started as a fun activity with my young son has grown into a true passion we continue to share. Now a spirited teenager, my son still brings the same energy and love to every pet we care for—ensuring each one gets plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles. We live in a private apartment in a family-owned three-family house in Lower Westchester. Our home is clean, spacious, and pet-friendly, with a private deck and a small backyard perfect for fresh air and play. We’re also just a short walk from the beautifully updated Yonkers waterfront, where your pet will enjoy scenic strolls and outdoor fun. You won’t find a more dog-loving duo. Whether your pet is high-energy or prefers laid-back lounging, we’re happy to tailor our care to their unique needs and personality. We truly love what we do—and it shows. Feel free to reach out with any questions. We can’t wait to welcome your pet into our home! Pet care is a natural part of our daily routine. Since we’ve been pet sitting for over a decade, we’ve built our schedule around giving pets the attention and care they deserve. Morning and evening walks are part of our daily rhythm, and we make time throughout the day for play, feeding, and cuddle sessions. My teenage son is very involved—he loves helping with walks, playtime, and making sure each pet feels right at home. Whether we have one guest or a few, they’re always integrated into our family life with love and consistency. In our home, pets are treated like family. We provide a safe, clean, and loving environment where they can relax and be themselves. They have access to cozy spaces indoors, a private deck for fresh air, and a small backyard for outdoor time. We stick closely to each pet’s routine—whether it’s feeding schedules, medication, or special care instructions—to ensure a smooth and stress-free stay. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and routines. I make sure pets feel comfortable and secure, keeping things as familiar as possible. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or quiet companionship, I adapt to their individual needs while maintaining communication with the owner for peace of mind.
About: I’ve had my two cats for about three years now, and we’ve built a routine together around feeding, playing, sleeping, and everything in between. Every day when I walk through the door, they’re the first two to greet me. I make sure they’re always fed, clean, hydrated, well cared for, and most importantly, safe. I work full time during the week, so I’m generally unavailable during the day, but I’m usually free in the evenings after work and have full availability on weekends. I live in a two-bedroom, ground-floor apartment with a private, enclosed patio where my cats can safely explore outdoors without the risk of escaping. We also have an extra bedroom set up so they have their own space and time when they want it.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Woodlawn
This is already strong! I’d just smooth out the repetition of “cat” and tighten it a little: Nicole went above and beyond taking care of my senior cat. He takes three different medications, and she was able to dispense them with no issues. She also sent a ton of pictures, including many of him being cuddly and sweet with her, which made me feel so at ease while I was away. I recommend Nicole 11/10!

Angelique is a consistent, caring sitter who I adore working with on a regular basis. She provides tons of pictures and clearly enjoys spending time with critters. She has even gotten my shyest cat comfortable with her- which is an achievement! Always grateful for her service.

I can’t say enough good things about Lizette. She has gone above and beyond to make my shy cats feel happy and relaxed, which was especially appreciated during this last 2-week long trip. Thanks so much for coaxing out the kitties and giving them such good care and attention.

So grateful of Aymet becoming my cat sitter. My cat took to her instantly upon the initial meet up. Aymet made sure my cat and house was well taken cared for during my absence. She was very attentive to my cat and her needs. I will definitely rebook her. My cat and myself is appriciatic

Amanda B. is an exceptionally kind and loving soul! She treated my cat Sonny with the utmost care, gentleness, affection, and expertise. Sonny absolutely adores her! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who is professional, punctual and genuinely loves animals, to care for their fur babies. They will be in the very best hands.

We had a great experience with [Name] caring for our cats. She took the time to play with our very antsy cat and gave our shy, scaredy cat the space she needed, exactly as we requested. It was clear that she paid attention to each cat’s personality and needs. She was also very thoughtful about the little details, including rinsing out their food bowls so there were no lingering smells and making sure their medication was given with their food. We appreciated how attentive and caring she was while looking after our cats. We would definitely feel comfortable having her care for them again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
