She met with us several times before our week away so the animals could get to know and love her before our departure, which really showed how dedicated she is to giving them the best care. As others have stated, the house was in better condition than we left as well and she was very thorough in making sure everything is perfect for the return. The animals loved her and we were able to truly relax on our vacation because we knew she had everything taken care of.
