“Lydia was great! She is extremely caring and thoughtful in her approach when meeting and handling pets she cares for. Our dog is a chihuahua mix and not always the most receptive to new people. Plus our dog is partially blind and deaf. Lydia understood the challenge and knew exactly how to approach. She is extremely responsive in sending pictures while away and letting us know that Louie is doing great in our absence. She is a great communicator and I was completely at ease while away knowing that Louie was in great hands.”
