About: I’ve been around and caring for dogs my entire life and am also very comfortable caring for cats. Sydney sat with my "little lions" for 4 days and did a beautiful job of being present for them and for paying great attention to their needs. One of my cats has special food issues and there were other very specific notes for 7 cats in total. I was really surprised how fast the cats warmed up to her. That was very new for them. It must've been Sydney's magic touch! Great job Sydney.
Jennifer is an excellent cat sitter! She has made a friend of my shy cat, and she is very thoughtful about my cat’s care. For example, when the weather was possibly going to be rainy, she offered to go and let the cat inside if it started to rain. Jennifer writes thorough reports about her visits with Kit Cat and takes fun photos (and videos!). I feel fortunate to have found Jennifer.
Fran goes the extra mile for us! She takes wonderful care of our cats and tends to little things like getting the mail, washing the dirty bowls and watching out for anything out of the ordinary. The cats are warming up to her more and more with each visit. We will use Fran again soon!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
