This was our first time with Hadley for my cat Mavu. I was apprehensive as Mavu needed eye drops and she had not let anyone administer those other than me. But Hadley was patient and determined to help Mavu with those drops while I was away for family emergency. Hadley has been gentle, persistent and very loving with Mavu. She got the drops in Mavu lovingly and is now Mavu’s best friend, Mavu keeps waiting for her visits and misses her after she leaves. Hadley is ethical , trustworthy and reliable. Kaitlin is very thoughtful and has great communication skills! When I was booking, Rover was showing my profile as someone in a different city 90 miles away for some reason and the first sitter I reached out to immediately rejected my request.
