There are some really great pet sitters and then there are the ones that have that seventh sense about things that seem to know what's needed in the moment -- that's Hadley. Absolutely wonderful! Truly one of the best cat sitters I've ever had, super friendly and responsive - and the cats warmed to her quickly which is a big deal for them! Pets always have a sense of these things. I'm really glad she was able to look over them, I didn't have to worry at all about being gone for a few days. I also booked super last minute and she was really nice about it. Totally recommend!

Sydney was so great with our cat! This was our first time leaving our cat for an extended period of time, and Sydney always sent photos with each visit and let us know how our cat was doing. Sydney was also super flexible with us too. If we ever needed a cat sitter again, I would want to book Sydney again!
Brynlee did a great job! Our dog can be very shy and worried of new people, but he seemed comfortable with her from their first visit and quickly warmed up at each additional. She was punctual and spent the proper time with him each day, and sent pictures of our pup, which I love! She was even able to add an extra session day, due to my travel plans changing unexpectedly. I would definitely feel comfortable to book Brynlee again for drop-in visits!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
