There are some really great pet sitters and then there are the ones that have that seventh sense about things that seem to know what's needed in the moment -- that's Hadley. She was so careful to do what was asked but she also did what no human can know that you will need in a LIVE moment. What a great sitter! Thoughtful. Wise. Kind. On time. Organized. Respectful. Absolutely wonderful! Truly one of the best cat sitters I've ever had, super friendly and responsive - and the cats warmed to her quickly which is a big deal for them! Pets always have a sense of these things. I'm really glad she was able to look over them, I didn't have to worry at all about being gone for a few days. I also booked super last minute and she was really nice about it. Totally recommend!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
