Picking a new sitter to take care of your family member and be in your home personal areas can be hard. Heather is at most an uplifting character and has the best personality, our Penny loved and warmed up to her instantly during their meet and greet. Heather sent detailed updates with pictures, she was extremely prompt on all four of the drop-ins daily, and took Penny on extra nice walks in our neighbor when the weather was nice for the day to get her outside more for some more vitamin D and exercise. We have stray neighborhood cats on our front porch that I have fed for the last six years while here and she even took it upon herself to feed them while we were away, She clearly loves all animals with all of her heart. About: I’ve taken care of animals of every kind since I was young! I grew up with family cats and dogs and have always loved caring for them and playing with them. For the past ten years, I have been dog and cat sitting. I am used to visiting homes but have also housed many dogs and cats in my own home. A few summers ago, I housed and cared for a dog for three months while his owner was out of town. Over the summers, I frequently get daytime visitors when owners don’t want their dogs to be alone all day. I have significant experience with dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. I am extremely good with cats, as I’ve lived with one or more my whole life and am very fond of them. We do currently have a young cat in our home, so boarding is temporarily turned off. To explain the gap in my reviews from 2021 - 2023, I was at school and only home for holidays. I am home now for the foreseeable future. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your pets! I have a car and am happy to visit as many times as necessary. With more advance notice, I can also move my shifts around to be more available for your pets. I have a fenced in backyard where dogs can run around! We have several dog gates in our possession as well if needed—they’ve been used in the past to separate more anxious dogs from my cat—and I am happy to crate your dogs according to your wishes or even aid in crate training. We have bowls of our own but would need dog food brought in. I am also familiar with grooming/brushing and could aid with that. I am very social and love to spend time with animals. If staying in your home, I will make sure to give your pets lots of love and prioritize their well-being. I will always reach out with questions if anything comes up.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 12. Now, I am a dog mom of 3 beauties. I have a 16 yr old shitzu terrier mixed,3 yr old a pit bull , and a 6 months English bull dog! I got out of the medical field, and have now devoted my lifestyle to my at home marketing and being a full time dog mom! I’m skilled in handling dogs of all sizes and all energy levels. About: While most of my pet care has been focused on cats, I do have experience caring for dogs as well. I have cared for animals of all different ages, health levels, and necessary care levels. “Kathy was terrific with our pit bull. He's super friendly with people, but sometimes needs a minute to warm up to dogs. Kathy did a wonderful job letting him get adjusted to her animals. He made great friends, got tons of playtime, and lots of love! She also sent us daily texts with pics and videos. Would absolutely board with Kathy again.”
