About: I've been caring for all types of animals since i was 12 years old. I've trained dogs such as German Shepherds and Pitbulls, and have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I currently have the pleasure of loving 2 of my own special needs cats and a large tarantula. As well as this, my previous employment was a small pet care business in Georgia providing drop in visits for feeding, playtime and potty breaks, overnight sitting, walks, extended stays and taking care of exotic animals like birds. Throughout my life I've personally owned a snake, rabbit, hamsters, cats, dogs, spiders, moths and a bird! I'm looking forward to be an extra loving hand for your pets! I'm currently a full-time pet carer, caring for my special needs cats and others' lovely pets. I have plenty of time to care for your beloved fur babies and understand the ever-changing pace of life with pets, and am happy to accommodate. Any timeframe and any day, you can count on me to be reliable! Every pet parent is different and we all like specifics when it comes to the pets we love, so I always like to discuss with you about what you'd like done regarding crating, backyard time, car rides or park visits and waste disposal. I NEVER use punishment on any pet, and instead prefer a positive reinforcement only approach. I would like to be aware of your pets' allergies, triggers, injuries and fears so I can provide the best experience for them and for you!
“Rena was great! Met me in person before hand because I a neurotic dog mommy. She listened to all my concerns with my pup and was super attentive with all my requests (and I have alot of requests because my dog has been attacked before). Rena treated my baby like he was her own!”

“Khaleesi and Tyreika are getting to know each other, and their friendship is off to a promising start! 🐾 On their first walk together, Khaleesi took her time getting comfortable, but she enjoyed exploring and spending time with her new walking buddy. We’ll be sharing updates as this new friendship continues to grow. ❤️🐶”

About: Hi! I’m Gabriel, a veteran, teacher, and lifelong animal lover with plenty of experience caring for dogs. I’m dependable, attentive, and treat every pet like my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I live in an apartment but only board one dog at a time, so your pet gets plenty of individual attention. I’m very active and enjoy long walks, and there’s a dog park nearby where I can take your dog to run and play. As a teacher in a year-round district, I also have extended breaks when I’m available for full-time pet care, which works well for longer trips or vacations. I look forward to giving your pet great care and giving you peace of mind. I’m available to board most weekends and especially during my school breaks since I work on a year-round schedule. On workdays I’m off by 3:00 PM, which allows me to stop by homes in the afternoon and evening to care for pets. My Home: I have one dog named Libby who can keep your pup company. I only take one additional dog at a time, so your pet will receive plenty of individual attention. I also live near the Cape Fear River Trail and walk it regularly, so your dog will get plenty of outdoor time and exercise. Client’s Home: When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful, attentive, and professional. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully to make sure your pet stays comfortable and in their normal routine.

“Jenny is extremely patient, comforting, and understanding with our Toby, who can be shy towards newcomers. Thanks to this, we have been able to comfortably travel knowing he is in her good hands for stop-in walks!”

About: I have been a dog lover my entire life and have cared for dogs since I was about 10 years old. I’ve had the privilege of having many different breeds and mixed breeds as part of my family, so I have a lot of varied experience. You can count on me for happy paws and lots of tail wags! I am available to walk or drop in on your dog during the day on weekdays! The hours would be between 9-12:30 Monday through Thursday. We currently have a chocolate lab who is 8 years old and is such a sweetheart. She loves to play fetch in our backyard and go on walks with the family. I plan to treat your dog with the same love and care as my own.
“Brittany is an exceptional pet sitter. My animals loved her and I could always count on her to take very good care of them while I was away. Any questions I had were answered promptly through the rover app and she made sure to give me detailed accounts on how my pets did at home, during their walks, at meal times, etc. She has a great respect for the safety of the animals as well and took care of my pets (and house!) above and beyond what is expected. Thanks Brittany for giving my pets the loving and safe care they needed! Best of luck in all your adventures ?”
About: Hi there! I’m a mom and a graduate student, and I am so excited to be getting back to my roots doing what I love most—taking care of animals. My very first job back in the day was at a pet store caring for the puppies. I was the one making sure they were fed, bathed, and that their cages were spotless every single day, so I know exactly what it takes to keep animals happy and healthy. My love for animals doesn't stop at cats and dogs, though! I truly love all kinds of animals and have experience with everything from horses, goats, and chickens to our usual furry family members. When your pets are with me, they will be treated exactly like my own cat and dog—with tons of love, attention, and care. My Schedule & Home Because I’m a student, my schedule is incredibly flexible. I am available during the day, nights, and weekends for whatever you need: Walks to get their energy out Drop-ins for quick potty breaks, feeding, and attention Overnights so they have company while you're away Plus, if your pups come to hang out at my place, I have a fully fenced-in yard where they can run around and play safely outside. I know how hard it is to leave your pets, so I’m happy to send you quick photo updates while you're gone so you know they are having a great time. I'd love to set up a quick meet-and-greet to make sure it's a perfect match for your fur baby! My schedule is very flexible, so I have a lot of free time during the day, nights, and weekends. I can easily fit in walks, drop-ins, or overnights, ensuring your pet gets plenty of attention and regular potty breaks. In my home, pets can play safely in a fully fenced yard. I have a dog and a cat of my own, but I can easily crate your dog if they prefer their own space. In your home, I strictly follow your routine to keep your pets safe, fed, and loved like my own.
About: Puppies need time, patience, and most of all fun! Most of the time, puppies are stripped away from their families and are just looking for their pack. It is very important to create a safe environment and show love towards dogs. They are our protectors, and we are their caregivers I am retired. Although my husband is in the military, I do have free time most of the week. I am more than willing to be flexible and to also be a routine caregiver. For both dogs and cats, I do have two cats and one dog. I understand that while my pets are family, they are all individuals. I will take the time to learn each pet as an individual and not generalize their species.
“Haley has been amazing! Mollie warmed up to her immediately and gets so excited any time she comes over. She sends lots of pictures and always gives an update! Highly recommend her to anyone needing a little extra care for their fur baby!”

She spaces out hours for pet care so she can be able to give any potential furry friend the care that is needed! :) We live in a home with a large, fully fenced backyard where dogs have plenty of safe space to play, explore, and get exercise. About: Im Casey and I just moved back from Georgia. I work from home Sunday - Wednesday and I’m off Thursday, Friday and Saturday which allows me to stay home with the fur babies. I have experience with pups and cats, I currently have a cat, Addison/addicat, that I am turning the sunroom into a catio for. The sunroom faces the backyard and has all of the warm spots for window hammocks, cat trees, scratch posts, and everything else a cat could ever need and love. 🐾 I work from home during the week which gives me availability to care for your pets 24 hours without having to leave them alone while working. We have a fenced in yard that allows our pets to roam, run and play without being able to leave the yard and end up in places they should not be. Our backyard has been “puppy” proofed since getting Sophie.

My goal is to make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I have a 6-year-old Pit Bull of my own, so I’m very comfortable handling larger breeds. I do work full-time, but I have a flexible schedule and can often adjust my availability to fit your needs. I also have access to Fort Bragg, so I’m available to care for pets both on and off post. Dafne is amazing!! This was my first time using Rover and she made sure my pup and I were well informed of the process. She initiated a meet and greet to make sure we were a good fit for each other which helped out a lot! She was very punctual and documented everything. 10/10 communication. Will definitely re-book again.

Wow. I can’t say enough good things about BriAna & Tyler. This was my first time using the Rover app and I lucked out finding BriAna & Tyler. They were very professional, wonderful communicators and great with my 8 month old golden puppy. The notes and photos they shared after each visit with my pup gave me great peace of mind that she was being well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly rebook them for the next time we need help with my golden retriever.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
