About: I've been caring for all types of animals since i was 12 years old. I've trained dogs such as German Shepherds and Pitbulls, and have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I currently have the pleasure of loving 2 of my own special needs cats and a large tarantula. As well as this, my previous employment was a small pet care business in Georgia providing drop in visits for feeding, playtime and potty breaks, overnight sitting, walks, extended stays and taking care of exotic animals like birds. About: I have been a dog lover my entire life and have cared for dogs since I was about 10 years old. I’ve had the privilege of having many different breeds and mixed breeds as part of my family, so I have a lot of varied experience. You can count on me for happy paws and lots of tail wags! I am available to walk or drop in on your dog during the day on weekdays! The hours would be between 9-12:30 Monday through Thursday. We currently have a chocolate lab who is 8 years old and is such a sweetheart. She loves to play fetch in our backyard and go on walks with the family. I’m comfortable administering oral medications, giving insulin injections, and safely giving pills to pets that are hesitant to take them with food. Even on days that I’m working, I’m often available to provide drop-in visits before work, after work, or during other available times depending on my schedule. On my days off, I have much greater flexibility and can accommodate multiple visits or longer stays. I am currently only accepting bookings no longer than 2 weeks. I understand how important consistency is for pets, so I’ll always communicate my availability clearly before booking and make sure your pet receives reliable, attentive care. If you have specific timing needs, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to discuss whether I can accommodate them! I believe the best care comes from keeping your pet’s routine as consistent as possible while you’re away. During each visit, I’ll make sure your pet has fresh food and water, potty breaks or litter box care, exercise, playtime, and plenty of love and attention based on their individual personality and needs. I’m happy to administer medications as directed, follow special feeding instructions, and accommodate senior pets or those with medical needs. I always pay close attention to a pet’s behavior and well-being and will let you know immediately if I notice anything concerning. I am totally okay with sending photo and video updates so you can see how your pet is doing. Whether your pet loves to play, cuddle, go for walks, or simply have someone sit quietly with them, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for until you return. :)) At this time, I primarily provide care in my clients’ homes to help pets stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I may also be able to care for small caged pets in my home on a case-by-case basis.

I could tell by the second day that Ellie recognized Colleen, and not only that was excited to see her again! Colleen really took care of my puppy, was patient while she sniffed everything and anything on their walk, made sure she pottied and had a drink before putting her back in her kennel for the rest of my shift. About: I am an active triathlete, so your pet will have plenty of exercise and entertainment! My own dog is a pitbull mix, so I have experience with aggressive breeds and large breeds. My family dog I take care of when my parents travel is a senior, so I have experience with senior care. I work a hybrid schedule, and days I am home are very flexible as well as weekends. For a typical home sitting job I will do a morning walk and breakfast, midday walk during my lunch, and evening meal and walk. If your dog cannot sleep alone, I can bring them to my home to sleep in a large crate with a clean bed. I am very active, so whether you have a fenced in yard or a neighborhood or would allow me to drive your dog to a nearby trail, they'll have engagement while you are away. I am also proficient in belly rubs, so your dog will have cuddles and comfort. If your dog comes to my home, I have a fenced in yard they can run in while my dog enjoys his sunbathing. In my home dogs are crated while I am away for their safety.

About: Hello! I have over 10 years of experience in ER Veterinary Medicine and studied Animal Science and Biology in college. I have always lived in a home with pets; from cats, dogs, birds and a hamster named Victor Newman. I currently live in a home with 3 dogs and a fiesty cat. My dog, Dez, is a senior pup with special needs. He has had IVDD for the last 6 years and requires specialized care. With that, I am versed in care for pets with special needs and medication administration. During the summer months, I have more availability throughout the day to care for our furry loved ones. Beginning mid August, my availability may be limited to just the weekends. I have a fenced in backyard for dogs with plenty of room for the zoomies. Proper leash/harness/collar attire will be applied to your dog if your home is not fenced in or there is a possibility for escape. I do not use retractable leashes due to the likelihood that they break or fail. If necessary, I may require a non retractable leash for any future bookings with me. Cats are not allowed outside at my residence under any circumstances.
