I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the communication was clear, professional, and reassuring. My schedule became very unpredictable over a few days and I had to make multiple adjustments, including ultimately canceling the remaining visits. Not only were they flexible and understanding throughout the changes, they even waived the cancellation fee without hesitation. That level of professionalism and kindness is rare. Most importantly, my cat Ninja was incredibly well cared for. He was calm, happy, and clearly comfortable, which means everything to me. Carolaine did a fantastic job taking care of my cat while I was away for nearly a month.
