About: I grew up with cats and dogs for as far back as I remember. I currently spoil two five year old rescue tabbies who have found their forever home. I have a wide range of experience sitting for cats, dogs, and even birds. I'm detail-oriented and understand the importance of vibes, body language, routines, and the unique needs for our extended family members. I've cared for both large and small dogs, and of course those who have nuanced temperaments. I am in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Senior NCO and have a very flexible schedule as well as base access for those who live in on-post housing. I have the utmost respect for personal privacy and space. You can rest assured I will treat your home as I would my own. “Very nice sitter couple. They were extremely accommodating in my last minute booking and drop-off/pick-up windows. My cat is extremely anxious, so he immediately hid and didn’t want to come out for his two day stay. Since a home stay wasn’t possible I felt more at ease knowing someone was keeping an eye out for him if he had a medical flare up. I would have liked more unprompted updates and photos, but I don’t know if I requested pics on my booking and it’s hard to photograph a scaredy cat hiding in the shadows 😄”

She clearly has a way with animals, because our scared boy, Vader, does NOT like other people. But he liked Bernice! I think he came out of his hiding place as soon as her second visit? Colleen did an amazing job. She followed my instructions and provided me with updates and many pictures. She stuck with the schedule that I wanted and I felt comfortable know she was taking good care of my fur babies. Also, I found out that she had watched my daughter’s dog and remembered my daughter and her dog. That was nice she remembered them fondly. Would use her again.
I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the communication was clear, professional, and reassuring. My schedule became very unpredictable over a few days and I had to make multiple adjustments, including ultimately canceling the remaining visits. Not only were they flexible and understanding throughout the changes, they even waived the cancellation fee without hesitation. That level of professionalism and kindness is rare. Most importantly, my cat Ninja was incredibly well cared for. He was calm, happy, and clearly comfortable, which means everything to me. It is obvious they genuinely care about the animals they look after and treat them like their own. Dependable, compassionate, flexible, and truly customer focused. I am extremely grateful and would absolutely book again without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone they can trust completely with their pet and their home.
