About: I am a professional house/pet sitter, which has given me a ton of experience with a wide variety of pets around the country. I have taken care of multiple cats and dogs, and also solo animals in 9 different states. I am no stranger to following a pet owners routine, and ensuring 100% that your animal is comfortable. Senior pups are very dear to my heart, as I had a 15 year old rescue that took medicine throughout the day for CHF. I work remotely and travel full time around the country to pet/house sit (sometimes out of country). With that being said, my schedule is completely open to stop-in’s or walks throughout the day. I am open to over-night sits with enough notice in advance. I will follow the pets routine exactly how the owner would like. Walks, stop-ins, and any regular scheduled activities would be entirely in compliance with the owners needs. About: Time and love! Recently retired with nothing but time and excitement to care for others’ beloved pets, especially because I don’t currently have any of my own. I have a large, fenced in backyard in the quiet hill country. There is a lovely trail for taking walks, and I love to take the pups for rides in the car! I’m experienced in administering and staying on top of medications and treatments. My daughter has two dogs that she sometimes brings for visits. So, if your dog is social, there is an opportunity for playtime with fellow furry friends. Caring for your pets would be my one and only priority. I spend the majority of time at home, and exercise is very important to me so I hope your dog loves to walk! Safety and affection are priority. Keeping a close eye on your pet and always making sure all needs are met is a guarantee when you put them in my care!

About: I have experience interning at a vet clinic, where I learned more ways to care for animals and grew my passion for pet sitting. I have cared for both puppies and elderly dogs whilst pet sitting. Alongside dog sitting, I also have experience caring for other pets, such as cats, and taking care of house plants. I have worked with Freedom Canines International in training service dogs. FCI is a non-profit organization that placing service dogs free of charge. I have been apart of FCI for 4 years and ongoing. I work and train my own FCI pup Crush, I sat with him in his welping box since he was less than 24 hours old, he is now 6 months old and is an aspiring service dog. I’ve worked as a vet-tech and kennel tech in shelters, as well as smaller clinics and rescues in Massachusetts and Texas. I grew up in a household with multiple cats and dogs. I am an advocate for bully breeds, and have owned pit bulls and pit mixes through much of my adult life. I treat all cats, dogs, exotics and other animals with utmost care, love, compassion, and patience, regardless of size, breed, and behavior. I have a clean driving record and am fully insured. I appreciate you giving me an opportunity to care for your furry kiddos, and look forward to it. Because I work from home I have a lot of flexibility for pet care. During boardings I stay home so you needn’t worry about your pets being left unattended. I live on 10 acres in Wimberley. My property is fenced, but because some dogs won’t obey commands from those other than their family and might behave differently in a foreign environment I do not let them off leash. My home and porch are spacious so there is a lot of room to play. (I do have plans to securely fence in a dog area on the ranch, and will be sure to mention it when I do). If you choose to board your pet at my place I WILL stay home (which is fine since I work from home much of the time), so your dogs will never be left unattended. I’m very tidy and do not leave anything laying around that could be a potential hazard for your fur babies. I have 2 large dog beds which I wash between uses. I also have a variety of toys for dogs (which also get washed and sanitized), and keep a variety of healthy snacks and (rawhide-free) chews on hand, food and water bowls. I also have a variety of harnesses (currently only for medium and large breed dogs) leads, and dog seat belts, clip-on lights for night walks. Before returning to my career in healthcare, I spent 18 months as an Assistant Manager at a doggy daycare facility near Austin. I now work a hybrid full-time job in healthcare, so I’m available for pet sitting and walks around my work schedule and am required to be in the office two days a week.
