About: I've helped to run a dog rescue and took in dogs and puppies of all sizes and shapes and backgrounds. I've helped to place dogs in their forever homes and fell in love with a few of them! I adopted my own pup back in 2013 and he was the best thing to ever happen to me. I saw him through puppy hood to senior dog to his retirement a couple months ago. :-( Having a dog around, your own or someone elses, is always this special sort of comfort you cant get from anywhere else. I'm very responsible when it comes to other peoples space and pets. I always make sure doors are shut / gates are locked and whatever other guidelines Im given are followed. Taking care of someone else's pet deserves the utmost respect. Same amount I would expect for my own dog. I am a massage therapist with a light schedule during the week so I have a lot of extra time to goto your home and care for your animals. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I’d love to care for your pets in your home. I can stay there or not- but i know animals like to have people around more often than not. I’d care for your home and animals as if they were my own.

I have crates and beds set up in every room - bedroom, living area and right next to my desk in my office. I also have a dog hammock on the patio, so your dog can settle in wherever feels comfortable to them. I'm experienced with positive reinforcement training, including hand signals and treat-based cues, which works well for dogs who are shy, older, or still learning. I also have easy access to walking trails and a dog park, so there's always an option for exercise, whether your dog wants a calm stroll or more active playtime. I have a group of friends and their pups at the dog park that played with my pup Charli for years until I recently lost her to cancer. Dogs are family to me. I've cared for a dog through serious illness, so I understand what patience, routine, and gentle care really look like. I will bring that same level of attention to your dog while in my care. I'll keep you updated with photos, videos, and check-ins so you always know your pup is safe, happy, and loved. I work from home. I am available for boarding Monday through Friday. Dogs are allowed on the couch and if they are more comfy sleeping in the bed, I'm ok with that. I have trails all around my complex that I walk daily for leash walks and a nice dog park. If your dog is not friendly with other dogs but still needs exercise, I have the freedom to go to the dog park during the day when the park is mostly empty. Im currently in between work, so im using this as a way to keep money coming in. My schedule is open 7 days week and I have a personal vehicle of my own. So if needed I can run errands and pick up any supplies your pets may need, and in case of emergency, you can count on me to bring your pet to a qualified veterinarian. Simply get with me to make the time frames you would want or need for the day of your choice. Am open to pet sitting for more than one day if needed so. And if your not comfortable with a sitter staying in your own home, im a perfectly capable to make constant check ups on your pets through the days your gone My dog is a rowdy and territorial Yorkie. But I love him all the same. A very playful dog who would bring you his toy for when he wanted playtime. My dog gets to have all the playtime he can have and enjoy long walks, while exploring new neighborhoods to mark. I give him foods he would need, along with his dry food that he has access to anytime of the day and I give him treats that are good for building up jaw strength and cleaning his teeth. While keeping his fur, and nails in check as well, once every two weeks. To ensure no grass or stickers get stuck in his hair during his walks. Overall my Yorkie, has loyalty and love for me, as I do for him. I take care of and pet sit my uncles dogs, one is a retriever border collie mix, and the other is a husky. Both dogs are females and have two completely different personalities, one has energy to play at all times of the day, while the other likes to have attention and belly rubs. I've taken care of these dogs ever since they were pups, and they have impressed on me and always love when I visit them. My uncle trust me to watch over his dogs even when gone for weeks at a time.
About: I’ve taken care of my own fur baby for 7 years now. Friends and family has relied on me to walk, feed, and take care of their pets as well. I do have another full time job so I’m mostly available in the evenings but I’m happy to squeeze in some times for walks and drop ins. I’m wide open on weekends. I walk my own doggo on three 10- 15 minute walks a day. I feed and bath my pup as well. Additionally, I give lots of cuddles and love.

I’ve worked as a vet-tech and kennel tech in shelters, as well as smaller clinics and rescues in Massachusetts and Texas. I grew up in a household with multiple cats and dogs. I am an advocate for bully breeds, and have owned pit bulls and pit mixes through much of my adult life. I treat all cats, dogs, exotics and other animals with utmost care, love, compassion, and patience, regardless of size, breed, and behavior. I have a clean driving record and am fully insured. I appreciate you giving me an opportunity to care for your furry kiddos, and look forward to it. Because I work from home I have a lot of flexibility for pet care. During boardings I stay home so you needn’t worry about your pets being left unattended. I live on 10 acres in Wimberley. My property is fenced, but because some dogs won’t obey commands from those other than their family and might behave differently in a foreign environment I do not let them off leash. My home and porch are spacious so there is a lot of room to play. (I do have plans to securely fence in a dog area on the ranch, and will be sure to mention it when I do). If you choose to board your pet at my place I WILL stay home (which is fine since I work from home much of the time), so your dogs will never be left unattended. I’m very tidy and do not leave anything laying around that could be a potential hazard for your fur babies. I have 2 large dog beds which I wash between uses. I also have a variety of toys for dogs (which also get washed and sanitized), and keep a variety of healthy snacks and (rawhide-free) chews on hand, food and water bowls. I also have a variety of harnesses (currently only for medium and large breed dogs) leads, and dog seat belts, clip-on lights for night walks. About: I have been a pet sitter since my senior year of high school! I have watched puppies all the way to elderly dogs! My goal with your fur babies is to provide them with the same level of love and comfort as if you were home. I have worked with dogs that are kennel trained or even those that are roamers. When I am booked I typically have stayed overnights that way the dogs have immediate access to in and out! Let me help you! I am currently a graduate student at TXST so my schedule can be pretty open! My current schedule is Monday-Thursday 9AM-2PM. Friday through Sunday is usually reserved for pet sittings. I do leave occasionally during bookings to check on my own cats or run errands. Other than that I am super flexible! I always meet before hand to lay out your expectations and my expectations.
