“I can’t express what a relief it was finding Shannon! She even swung bye last min for a meet and greet to which really helped put mind at ease. Shannon certainly has a way with animals. Immediately she was on the floor playing with our lovable needy cat who requires A LOT of attention. Not only does she spend the entire time stimulating, loving on but she brings her own bag of toys, that our cat Bells just went CRAZY for ?. It was like they had their little own routine, water from the sink (sometime though bells was too excited and wanted to get right to it) ?, spa time, ect. My husband returned prior to me and he said, bells has Never felt so soft! He said, for days Bells asked about Shannon’s little blue grooming glove ?… needless to say say we ordered one. Not only was Shannon epic with our furbaby but she also helped care for our 2 llama boys and 2 miniature Herefords. We really struck gold with Shannon and will forever be grateful! I am an advocate for bully breeds, and have owned pit bulls and pit mixes through much of my adult life. I treat all cats, dogs, exotics and other animals with utmost care, love, compassion, and patience, regardless of size, breed, and behavior. I have a clean driving record and am fully insured. I appreciate you giving me an opportunity to care for your furry kiddos, and look forward to it. Because I work from home I have a lot of flexibility for pet care. During boardings I stay home so you needn’t worry about your pets being left unattended. I live on 10 acres in Wimberley. My property is fenced, but because some dogs won’t obey commands from those other than their family and might behave differently in a foreign environment I do not let them off leash. My home and porch are spacious so there is a lot of room to play. (I do have plans to securely fence in a dog area on the ranch, and will be sure to mention it when I do). If you choose to board your pet at my place I WILL stay home (which is fine since I work from home much of the time), so your dogs will never be left unattended. I’m very tidy and do not leave anything laying around that could be a potential hazard for your fur babies. I have 2 large dog beds which I wash between uses. I also have a variety of toys for dogs (which also get washed and sanitized), and keep a variety of healthy snacks and (rawhide-free) chews on hand, food and water bowls. I also have a variety of harnesses (currently only for medium and large breed dogs) leads, and dog seat belts, clip-on lights for night walks. About: AS OF NOW DROP-IN VISITS ARE ONLY FOR CAT CLIENTS. I have taken care of puppies who needed to be bottle fed to seniors who need help getting around. I worked and volunteered my time at multiple Animal Shelters since 2008. I also have experience working as a Veterinary Assistant. In 2017 I was Certified as a Basic Dog Trainer. I will be available all day and night at my home during your pets stay with me. A regular day looks like: 6 a.m. - morning potty break Between 6-10 a.m. - breakfast and *play time, nap or walk 10 a.m. - potty break Between 10-2 p.m. - *play time, nap or walk 2 p.m. - potty break Between 2-6 p.m. - *playtime, nap or walk 6 p.m. - potty break Between 6-10 p.m. - dinner and relax before bedtime 10 p.m. - potty break then bedtime *activity is decided on your dogs needs and weather conditions This is just a generic schedule, it can be tweaked for your dogs particular schedule and needs. If your dog has a lot of energy we can be more active. If your dog is in its senior years, disabled or not high energy we can just relax and watch movies while playing with toys or napping. What ever stage in life your pet is in I aim to meet those needs during it's stay with me. I have a fenced yard so we can have lots of play time safely outside. On hot days I have a dog sprinkler and dog pool so they can cool off. If your pet is outside so am I. My house has tile through out so I'm prepared for messes. If your dog is a senior and has a hard time walking on these types or floors let me know and I will roll out the rugs for them. I have a senior cat but she has her own room in case your dog and my cat don't get along, they can be separated. I also have a 6 year old spayed female dog who is energetic so if your dog likes to play she is ready. If you have a senior dog don't worry she has been around multiple senior dogs and knows when to leave them alone. I am home all day everyday and only take 1 Client at a time so I can dedicate all my attention to your pet(s). If you are comfortable I can also take your pet(s) with me on certain outings. Otherwise they would never be left alone for more the 4 hours. I live in a single family home that has a 6ft privacy fence. If your dog is inside I'm inside, if your dog is outside I'm also outside.

I have a large, fenced in backyard in the quiet hill country. There is a lovely trail for taking walks, and I love to take the pups for rides in the car! I’m experienced in administering and staying on top of medications and treatments. My daughter has two dogs that she sometimes brings for visits. About: I have experience interning at a vet clinic, where I learned more ways to care for animals and grew my passion for pet sitting. About: I've cared for animals my entire life and have experience looking after a wide variety of pets. I regularly pet sit for my brother's cats and dogs throughout the year, and I've also cared for my aunt's animals, including her pony and tortoise. I love all animals! Currently school is my only priority! With only one year left my schedule is lighter and classes are more flexible. I have classes throughout the week and can adapt to a pet routine or schedule. I like to stay active, so dog walking is a great way to get my steps in! I have no pets currently! About: Ive been around cats and dogs for my whole life so I know what they need and don't need. I have experience with puppy's and senior dogs that need extra care. I am personally a cat lover but love all animals! Im currently working part-time and a full time student. During the Summer I have plenty of time to care for your pets, however, Winter and Spring may vary. While watching over your pets, I will feed, play, and walk them as needed. I want to build a strong friendship with your pets so that I can keep them happy while you’re gone.

About: I have experience in several different areas I worked in an emergency pet hospital, animal clinic, animal shelters and spay and neuter clinics. I also grew up with constant pets. I have experience as a veterinarian technician and kennel tech (3 years). I'm currently a stay at home mom to a homeschooler so my schedule is fairly open I can always move things around if needed as I don't have to stick to a certain schedule. I have a fenced area in my backyard so your fur baby can always have a safe space to use the bathroom. About: I’ve taken care of my own fur baby for 7 years now. Friends and family has relied on me to walk, feed, and take care of their pets as well. I do have another full time job so I’m mostly available in the evenings but I’m happy to squeeze in some times for walks and drop ins. I’m wide open on weekends. I walk my own doggo on three 10- 15 minute walks a day. I feed and bath my pup as well. Additionally, I give lots of cuddles and love.
