About: Hi, I'm Mia! I love pups of all personalities and energy levels! I've had dogs for most of my life, and I've dog-sat for friends and family for the past 4 years. I'll be sure to treat your fur baby with the utmost kindness, respect, and compassion. I'm also comfortable with bully breeds! I'm a graduate student, so my schedule is very flexible! Usually, I keep my early mornings and evenings free, but I'm also happy to drop by in the middle of the day for potty or play time (or much needed stress relief for myself!). My schedule’s flexibility is amenable to last minute bookings and cancellations too. I love all animals, and approach each with respect, care, and patience. I am happy to send photos of your fur baby each time I stop by, take pups for a short walk around the neighborhood, or a longer walk too. Overall, I hope to be a positive addition to your pet's environment :)

About: I live on a farm and have taken care of animals most of my life, including dogs, cats, chickens, and cows. I've also stayed over at some of my friends houses to take care of their dogs whenever they leave on trips and need a sitter. I'm currently on summer break from college and have plenty of time to take care of your pets throughout the day and even overnight if wanted. I can take care of your pet in your own home in whatever way you would like. I am happy to take dogs on walks and play with any animals. I will also abide by any house rules or routines that I am told.

About: I have had pets for as long as I could remember. Although my family started with small animals at first, when I was in high school, we got our first cat, a Scottish Fold named Cali! Now I have two dogs, Taco and Willow, and a snake, Java. I am also currently a vet student and have worked in the veterinary field for about 5 years. I have also been in the animal care industry for about 6 years. With my experience, you can rest assured that someone experienced in animal care, animal behavior, and veterinary medicine is taking wonderful care of your dog! Asides from knowing how to perform medical procedures for animals, I also love to train dogs. I’m very interested in behavioral medicine and enjoy training my own two little ones. Taco is task-trained by myself alone. Do you have a behaviorally complex or reactive dog? No worries! I have experience handling reactive and anxious dogs, even having managed to train one to be able to walk on the same side of the street as other dogs! All of my background and knowledge will help me take the best care of your family members! *Please note that on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I am only available past 5. On most Tuesdays and Thursdays, I am free in the morning until noon. For this reason, I offer the best quality care for lower prices!* I am currently a student working part-time, so my current weekday availability is after 5:30 PM (though my weekend schedule is far more flexible). Going on walks and stopping by to care for animals is a great way for me to destress so you’ll know that I am enjoying my time with you loved ones and thus are taking the best care of them! I understand how to read animal body language very well from all of my years working in the vet industry. I know how to approach both confident and fearful animals, as I have a slightly anxious girl myself. I always use treats, attention, and toys as a way to gain their trust and strongly believe in positive reinforcement training, as well as a fear free approach. I know how to ensure that the room is dog/cat-proofed and what signs to look out for should your pet not be feeling well. Important to note that I am fear free certified!

About: I love animals, and I’m always the friend that runs to the petting zoo. I’ve cared for big and small dogs, as well as cats. I am also full of energy, so I make the perfect companion for an active dog (don’t worry, i know how to slow down for the couch potatoes too). I am the proud owner of a 3-year old Aussie and a 9-month old tuxedo kitten. I know pets are part of the family, their safety and happiness is the priority, and I will love yours like my own. I’m an engineer by trade but currently taking a break so I’d love to hang out with your furry friends anytime! I walk and play with my pup everyday! It’s always fun to have another furry pal join. Whether your pet likes to play or relax, I can accommodate to both. I’m a helicopter pet mom! so rest assured your pet will be supervised and kept safe. I will actively engage with your pet throughout the entire visit to ensure their needs are met. Please be honest when it comes to your pet’s limits and reactivity. you’re putting me, your pet and others in danger otherwise. I can accommodate to nearly anything, as long as I know the full picture.

About: With two decades of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, I’ve seen it all—from high-energy puppies to mellow seniors. I’ve walked, trained, fed, medicated, and comforted pets like they were my own. Whether it’s a daily walk, overnight stay, or just extra attention while you're away, I make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and understood. Caring for pets is built into my day—thanks to my own dog, Blu, a playful 1-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer who keeps me on my toes. From early morning walks to afternoon fetch and evening training sessions, my routine revolves around giving him structure, exercise, and love. That same energy and commitment naturally extends to every dog I care for. Whether in my home or yours, my top priority is making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I treat every dog like family, making sure they have the structure, playtime, and affection they need. In my home, I provide a clean, dog-friendly space where pets can relax and play safely—alongside my own friendly pup, Blu. If I’m in your home, I respect your space and routines, making sure your dog feels right at home while you’re away.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs for most of my life. I currently have two dogs. I have a 18 year old mini poodle. My second dog is a 3 year old golden doodle. Prior to them I had another dog that I had for 10 years and she passed away at 15 years old. My last cat I had her for 16 years. I’ve taken care of my friend’s dogs when they’ve gone on vacation. I’ve done drop in visits to mom’s cats while she’s been away. To feed and clean litter box. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends, and weekdays after 1:30pm I live in an apartment with small patio. I have two friendly dogs. My pup has lots of energy and enjoys playing. My senior dog spends most of his day sleeping. I have my dog’s crate trained, so if your fur babies need to be crated at anytime just let me know.

About: Growing up my family had 2 dachshunds and over the past year I adopted a lab mix of my own! I love the bonds you create with dogs and the value pets add to our lives. I’ve had experience taking care of both small and large dogs and love both! If you’re looking for someone to help care for your pet I’d be happy help! I currently work 3 weekdays a week and am free some weekends. Whether you need someone a few times a week or occasionally on weekends I’m flexible! I have experience walking big and little dogs and am comfortable with both. I’m happy to create whatever environment they need whether they are crate trained or not

“I’m excited to recommend Anna as a new pet caregiver on Rover.com. Having and helping to take care of her own dogs growing up, she will be a very caring and loving caregiver to other people’s dogs. She taught herself how to groom our golden retriever and does a nice job. I hope River.com customers will give her a chance to take care of their pets.”

Julia M.

“Julia is excellent. Her life revolves around dogs and you can definitely tell. She's sweet, patient and caring. I would trust her with my little furry kid any day of the week.”

Laura M.
“To say Laura is a responsible and loving animal caregiver is an understatement. She’s the proud mom of a high-energy 2-year-old Australian Shepherd and an affectionate 6-month-old domestic shorthair kitten. Two animals with very different personalities who genuinely adore one another. If that doesn’t speak volumes about her dedication, patience, and consistency as a pet parent, I don’t know what does! Aussies in particular aren’t for the faint of heart—they require constant exercise, mental stimulation, and affection. Laura goes above and beyond to meet those needs, no matter how long her day has been. Her pets always come first. She’s also cared for my thirteen-year-old Chiweenie, who can be a bit grumpy and set in his ways. Laura was incredibly gentle and attentive with him, making sure he got his walks, plenty of belly rubs, and personalized care. In his old age, he developed a heart condition—Laura even took the time to research food alternatives and dietary options that might help. She’s the kind of person you can trust not only to care for your pets, but to treat them like her own. I can’t recommend her enough—your furry companions will be in the very best hands with Laura.”

Alana M.

“Was super responsive and had great communication! Our pup was very happy!”

Michael A.
“I recently had a massive back injury and have been unable to walk Sunny, my Yellow Lab. She is still in her puppy years and is hyper and rambunctious. Every Saturday at 10 am on the dot, she goes crazy and I just know Michael is at the front door. He’s incredibly professional and personable and is great with both large and small breeds. He is the best and I would recommend him to anyone that wants a true professional to handle their furry companion!”

Jessica V.
“Jessica took care of my dog for a day and she was amazing sent a lot of updates and pictures and videos through out the day. She walk my dog every 2 hours has requested. My did did not want to leave her house she had so much fun with her dogs. Slept the whole way home in the car 😊”

Sarah C.
“Sarah is a dog lover and certainly very responsible in caring for one’s pet. The love and affection shown for not only her animals but others is very apparent, which is why I’d recommend her to anyone looking for dog care. She will put your dogs needs over her own.”
