“Achara is the BEST! I had a sitter lined up to watch my pup while I was out of town for my graduation, and the worst happened - 2 minutes before meeting up, the sitter canceled at the last minute. I was leaving for my grad the same day and scrambled to find anyone who was wiling to watch my pup. Achara saved the day! She was flexible, calm, and reassuring. I Couldn’t Have Asked for Better Care Leaving Tonka for the first time was honestly nerve racking, but Naiomie made the entire experience stress free from day one. She sent me updates, photos, and videos throughout every single day, so I never had to wonder how he was doing. It quickly became obvious that she wasn’t just watching him, she genuinely cared about him. She took the time to learn his personality, celebrate his milestones, and even pointed out little behaviors that helped me become a better dog owner. She introduced him to her dogs slowly and safely, and before long they were playing together like old friends. Seeing my puppy build confidence, socialize appropriately, and genuinely enjoy himself meant the world to me. She even noticed that Tonka learned to ring the bell when he needed to go outside and made sure to reinforce that behavior. What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She kept his bedding clean, cleaned his eyes daily, monitored his potty habits, let me know about behaviors that needed training, and adapted her routine to fit what worked best for him. She didn’t just tell me everything was perfect, she gave me honest updates and thoughtful observations, which I really appreciated. By the end of his stay, it honestly seemed like Tonka had become part of the family. She told me she was sad to see him leave, and I could tell the feeling was mutual. As an owner, that’s incredibly reassuring. If you’re looking for someone who will love your dog like they’re her own, communicate consistently, and provide exceptional care, I recommend Naiomie without hesitation. This was our dogs first time being doggy sat by someone he doesn’t know. Zariah calmed my nerves as I was nervous to leave him for 6 days . She sent daily updates and videos and assured us he was doing great. Her communcation was great as well as far as picking him up. She had other dogs so our dog whiskey was able to play with them. Thank you so much for keeping our dog safe and happy.our dog is 100lbs so it was great that she took him in and he got along with her children as well.
We really appreciated the care that Yifang and Wang (Ricky’s) gave our dog Ziggy. We reached out on short notice after another sitter fell through and they were ready and willing to take him in. Their home was conveniently located near the freeway and they have a fully fenced backyard that was perfect for letting him outside safely. They were very communicative throughout his stay and sent regular photos and videos which we really appreciated. When we picked him up he seemed relaxed and happy in their care. He was even comfortable enough to let Yifang hold him which is not something he usually allows. We highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again in the future.
Katherine was great! She was conscientious and accommodating about introducing our dogs and making sure my senior, special needs dog would be okay in the new environment. I'm always nervous about finding care for Stella when I have to travel, but I felt very comfortable leaving her with Katherine. And I'm grateful she kept me updated on how she was doing during her stay. Thank you!
Our husky dog has stayed for a week while we were on vacation. Marcie has taken great care of our dog by waking him daily and keeping an eye on him while he was outside in the backyard, since our husky has a tendency to find any way to escape in search of new adventures. Marcie also provided daily updates with pictures of our dog to let us know how he’s doing. Thank you for providing a great stay for our dog!
Cecilia was incredibly attentive to our two boys. Our dogs take topical and oral medications which Cecilia was able to administer. I felt comfortable leaving them with her for a weekend trip and she made sure to send me updates throughout the day. Will definitely rebook her for other trips!
