“Yvette is a very attentive sitter. We had a meet-n-greet before the day of service. The objective was to see how my dog responded to her and the environment. When I walked into her home, there were no offensive dog smells and her home was clean with kennels and a backyard large enough to give my dog space to run around. The day of service, Yvette, would have provided food but I elected to bring my dog’s food. She obviously knows how to work with finicky dogs because mine would not eat without something added to his food. Yvette, knew how to handle that situation and I appreciate her initiative. Tabitha was absolutely amazing. I had reservations about using Rover being new to Texas but she put my mind at ease. She answered all of my questions and kept me updated on how my Dallas was doing as well as sent pics. Tabitha even offered complimentary pick up which helped me tremendously. I really appreciate how thorough and understanding she was. I will definitely bring using Tabitha again.
As an anxious dog mom, I was nervous leaving my Callie girl. But Valerie immediately calmed my worries as I knew she would take great care of my girl. I got daily updates and pictures which made my trip easier knowing Callie was having fun and being loved on.
