My availability would be starting sometimes Thursday evening or Fridays-Sundays. However I’m open to being as flexible as needed! While I’m home we tend to chill or play with toys! When it’s nap time we nap in crates and go outside to play after!

About: I have loved and handled pets/animals of all kind since I was a toddler with no fear in sight. Outside of my own pets, most of my family and friends have always had some sort of pet that I have watched or taken care of- dogs, cats, snakes, fish, turtles, ferrets, lizards, some of everything. My grandfather also had a farm with horses, chickens and cattle that my brother and I helped him take care of. I am a substitute teacher, so I don’t work everyday. This also means that I have the summer and holidays off so my flexibility is very high. If I am in someone else’s home caring for their pet, I follow all rules set by the owner for both the pet I’m watching and myself. If I am watching a pet at my home, I make sure everything is very neat and clean so there are no health hazards and they can’t get into things they shouldn’t.

I have house sat & boarded pets for 8 years now for friends, family, and neighbors. I would encourage them to play or come for pets, but I would not force it because that is not their comfort level. Another may be a big ball of energy and thrive on fun, pets, and praise. About: I’va had dogs all my life and still take care of my 15 year old chihuahua! Been reading books on dog behavior, and enrichment to be more effective and the dogs I take care of. My house has been customized for him because he was a part of my family. From his own room with pet pictures and a fun chandelier, to the dog doors on our patio, to his own private section of the yard, my home is pet friendly. My home will be your fur baby's home away from home. I have experience with young playful pups all the way to senior dogs who require more delicate attention. My family is ready to assist you in your needs. I am a stay at home mom. My schedule typically involves taking my kids to and from school, sitting on the patio, going for walks around the neighborhood, shooting home decor youtube videos, and shopping. While fur sitting, I will typically be home. Your baby will have its own little room (the closet under the stairs with a baby gate). His room is only a few feet from my own bedroom and in the middle of the living room and kitchen. If your baby is housebroken, he will be able to walk around the house freely and I will take him on the patio and the playground in my backyard. If he likes walks, he can go on walks. If he is a senior or if it is too hot outside, I can take him for a walk in the pet stroller. I will also send videos and pictures throughout his stay. I have a large fenced in back yard. Your dog will not be outside alone. I also have an enclosed patio which is great for relaxing and getting fresh air without having to be completely outside.

We do ask that you bring a kennel or crate so your pet has a familiar, secure space to relax. We have a large fenced backyard for safe outdoor play, and I always supervise time outside. About: Fur babies are family! They need love and patience. Growing up I had a Pekingese for 13 years and then a poodle mix for 12 years. So I learned at an early age the responsibility of caring for the family pet. My first adult pet was a mini lob rabbit which I had for 10 years. It had some medical issues in which required regular care from the local vet. A few years ago I was introduced to Great Danes and immediately fell in love! Zoe, my twelve year old Dane lived her best life. She went to parks, family gatherings, car rides, camping. She passed away last year at the age of 12 1/2. I am not ready for another pet just yet and now that I have some free time I would love to give others the sense of security by playing, loving and caring for their pet. I'm recently retired and have a flexible schedule. With that flexibility I have the opportunity to check on your pets or provide over night care with short notices. I have a fenced yard with lots of room for your pet to lay in the sun, run, stretch and play! For over night stays a crate might be beneficial depending on your pets behavior and comfort. For day to day visits I will respect your property and pet and follow your guidelines to ensure our pet friendly visit is successful.

During their stay, dogs are kept close to me in my room for the majority of the time, so they always have company and I can keep a close eye on them. We do have two resident dogs in the home, but they are both friendly and well socialized — they've welcomed visiting dogs before without any issues, making the transition smooth and stress free for everyone. I always make sure to do a slow, supervised introduction between dogs to ensure everyone is comfortable before giving them free time together. We both are able to administer medications for any pets who have a daily regiment.

When I walked into her home, there were no offensive dog smells and her home was clean with kennels and a backyard large enough to give my dog space to run around. She obviously knows how to work with finicky dogs because mine would not eat without something added to his food. Yvette, knew how to handle that situation and I appreciate her initiative.
