Michael is truly the best! We were a little nervous about leaving our dog with someone for more than a week, but Michael was incredibly responsive from the very beginning, which put us at ease. It turns out all of the reviews are absolutely right. Michael is a dog whisperer. When we dropped Nova off, he warmly welcomed us into his home, showed us around, and introduced her to the other dogs. We left hoping for the best, and it exceeded all of our expectations. During our 9-day trip, Michael sent daily updates with photos and sometimes even cinematic videos set to music that showed Nova having the absolute best time. It was clear she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. When we picked her up, she was so happy and seemed like she had the time of her life. To make things even better, when our flight was delayed on the day we were supposed to pick her up, Michael was incredibly understanding and kindly hosted her for an extra day. Alana has watched my dog Lulu for over a year, including an extended stay when I had to work abroad, and she is fantastic! I’d recommend her no questions asked, particularly for large dogs that may need a calm handler. She is responsive, has a safe and secure home, and has volunteered to help when I didn’t need to ask.
As an anxious dog mom, I was nervous leaving my Callie girl. But Valerie immediately calmed my worries as I knew she would take great care of my girl. I got daily updates and pictures which made my trip easier knowing Callie was having fun and being loved on. I would definitely trust Valerie to care for your fur babies and will for sure be using her again anytime I need to go out of town!
