About: I’ve have always had animals in the household growing up, have never not, not had a dog or cat, find peace with animals. And love I currently work from home n only two days out of the week at another job, so I am pretty flexible with taking care of dogs. I have a spare room that will be used for the dogs or cat , n I have a large backyard with a fence that will keep them enclosed n give them plenty of space to roam

She asked thoughtful follow up questions during our meet and greet to ensure that she could mimic the routine my cats were used to as best as possible, and she kept my home neat and tidy and exactly as I had left it. She replied to messages quickly, and I appreciated that when the Rover app was down, she took the extra step to send updates and photos as a personal text instead. She was also very accommodating and was able to promptly adjust my booking dates when there was a sudden/unexpected change in my travel plans. Both of my cats took a liking to her fairly quickly and she did such a great job taking care of them while I was away! The Rover cards were brief (1-2 sentences for the visit summary and 1-2 photos per visit) and I would have liked more detailed updates and more photos but that was on me for not expressing so at the time of booking. About: I have had pets my whole life. I love being around animals and caring for them. I currently own a Goldendoodle who is part of my family. Taking care of her has been such a joy. I work part time so I’m very much available for any of your pets’ needs. I have a daughter but she is in school so I am free during during the time she is at school. About: I've had a number of animals since the age of 4. From birds, and fish to Cats, dogs, and rabbits! I have always had a cat or dog in my home and I LOVE ANIMALS!!! I have house sat & boarded pets for 8 years now for friends, family, and neighbors. I treat them like my own and ensure that they're fed, get walked, lots of rubs, and everything I can to keep their usual routine! I'm currently not working and want to do something I love to stay busy. I have an open schedule to handle all your pets needs. I stay in a very spacious 3 bedroom home with yard space where they have plenty of room to roam. There are also parks near to release their energy. I currently have an open schedule. I always update my schedule to reflect any changes. I am very flexible at the moment. Once I have a pet job in place I try to focus on the pet/pets. It honestly depends on the animal. Different animals react differently with new people and different environments. If there's a shy dog, I like to let them come to me and lead with a gentle and dismissive approach. I would encourage them to play or come for pets, but I would not force it because that is not their comfort level. Another may be a big ball of energy and thrive on fun, pets, and praise. I like to make sure they're comfortable and happy.

“If I had to describe John in one word, it would be “amazing.” We are new to Dallas and needed someone to walk our two dogs on very short notice, and John was kind enough to step in and help. Our dogs are not difficult, but they definitely have their own personalities. One is a 120 lb German Shepherd who loves chasing squirrels (and climb trees to meet their families), rabbits, and sometimes even butterflies, and he also thinks he needs to make friends with every dog he sees. Our other one is an 18 lb Shih Tzu who is a little pampered and does not like walking in the sun. What really stood out to us was how patient, caring, and thoughtful John was with both of them. During the first couple of days, when our Shih Tzu decided he was done walking after finishing his business, John actually picked him up and carried him while continuing the walk because our German Shepherd still wanted more time outside. For the last few days, he even walked them separately so each of them could get the individual attention they needed. That level of care says a lot about John. He was always on time, courteous, respectful, responsible, and genuinely loving toward our dogs. We are very thankful for his help and would definitely look forward to having him take care of our boys again in the future.”

“Cynthia was great. Always responded quickly. My baby girl seemed to have a good time. My doggy took a poop as soon as we arrived to Cynthias and she took care of it quickly and didn’t mind at all. I’m hoping she’ll be available the next time I go out of town. Cynthia also had another dog on premise and Alizé got along with her perfectly. 10/10, definitely recommend.”
