From the moment we did a meet and greet before his stay, we knew he would be in great hands. I am often worrisome when I leave my Chuckie when I go on vacation but from beginning to end, Lilivette has made the process so very smoothe. She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Michael is truly the best! We were a little nervous about leaving our dog with someone for more than a week, but Michael was incredibly responsive from the very beginning, which put us at ease. It turns out all of the reviews are absolutely right. Michael is a dog whisperer. When we dropped Nova off, he warmly welcomed us into his home, showed us around, and introduced her to the other dogs. We left hoping for the best, and it exceeded all of our expectations. During our 9-day trip, Michael sent daily updates with photos and sometimes even cinematic videos set to music that showed Nova having the absolute best time. It was clear she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. When we picked her up, she was so happy and seemed like she had the time of her life. To make things even better, when our flight was delayed on the day we were supposed to pick her up, Michael was incredibly understanding and kindly hosted her for an extra day. We could not have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking with Michael again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Denise took wonderful care of Lucy while we were away! She kept us updated, sent pictures regularly, and made us feel completely at ease knowing Lucy was in good hands. Miriam always takes such good care of our dog. She sends regular updates and the communication is great. Always reassured that she keeps an eye on her and keeps her safe along with the other dogs our pup loves to interact with. Coco looked great after our 2 week trip, we were sad to leave her behind but felt good having her stay with Miriam.
Gloria was such a sweetheart!! I was able to see how much she truly loved and cared for my dog, she kept me updated with photos and always responded back to me. Nala was so happy when we picked her up from Gloria’s and she kept jumping and giving Gloria and her kids kisses so I know she had a blast there! I will 100% keep using Gloria to take care of Nala.
