About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and just recently welcomed two cats into my family. I have been babysitting and nannying for as long as I can remember which would often lead to taking care of their four legged family members as well. I’ve assisted in potty training and with my own pets helped apply and give medications. I am someone who is reliable and trustworthy. I know how much my pets mean to me and have always treated any animals in my care as if they were my own. Right now I am off for the summer and because I work in a school am off on holidays and weekends. Once school starts again in August a typical work day is 7am-3pm. Throughout my years of working with families came a lot of house sitting and pet sitting for them and their friends. I am always respect of other peoples homes and am more than happy to take in mail/packages and take care of plants. I will always take care of your pets like they are my own. They’re new to us and we didn’t know what to expect with a sitter but needed to attend a memorial today with short notice and reached out to Jessica just a couple days ago. Not only did she make herself available on short notice, she also made sure she could come by earlier today with her kids to see how everyone would interact. This was really helpful to familiarize everyone in advance and a big help to us to see how well our boys got along with “human puppies” - worked out so great! While we were gone, Jessica sent a bunch of FANTASTIC pics to keep us informed. “If you’re looking for a reason to book someone-look no further, you won’t be disappointed in Joanna. Joanna and her daughter Amelia were fantastic! I was given updates about my pups consistently making my week vacation worry free with everything at home. Joanna works from home mainly so she was with my dogs throughout the day, major plus. They walked one of my dogs regularly and followed my wishes to not walk the older one, *due to arthritis he can’t do walks. My elderly dog who really doesn’t like people, especially young kids cuddled with Joanna’s daughter, Amelia! That was a sight to see, if she didn’t send the photo I wouldn’t believe it. Heartwarming to see that my angry at life dog was happily cuddling up with someone other than me, what more could you ask for when away from them? When I came home I could very much tell my dogs were taken care of with love and my house was in better shape than I left it for them. I will definitely be using Joanna and her daughter again for future trips.”

“Jen house sat for us for nine days and took care of our lab mutt Jamie and two cats, Remy and Lily. She did a wonderful job taking care of our furkids and followed my long list of instructions :). About: I've taken care of every kind of animal. Dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters. I've also administered medication of many kinds and I am certified in Domestic cat + dog first Aid and CPR. All animals deserve love and care no matter how big or small! I am currently working part-time during the weekdays and on weekends in the late evening. My weekend available will change to be fully available after October. Either way, your pets are my first priority! Not all of my animals get along- I have an intricate schedule of alternating my cats and dog to make sure there are no fights or stressing factors. But there is always playtime for all the animals!
