About: I have been pet sitting for about 2 years, but it is my favorite side job! I love animals of all kinds and sizes and have been trusted to stay in homes to take care of people’s beloved family members, and their home. I’m currently an elementary school teacher at Wolffarth Elementary in North Lubbock. Depending on what area I am in, I will usually leave with enough time to get to work by 7am. I cannot leave for lunch as I sadly only have 30 minutes, but I am done by 4 every day. This makes it easy to spend the evening with them and I won’t have different hours every day - routine is great for pets! I also share holidays with students so I am pretty available for sitting jobs at those times. While my apartment is a 1 bedroom, it is cozy and great for lower energy dogs. I have plenty of space for them to lay out and they stay in the air conditioning all day. For more active pets, I live right next to a middle school with a paved track for walking, and I am close to a park for dogs who love to run and play fetch!

About: I love animals, but dogs just have my heart. I have had many pet dogs in my life. One whom was born sick; she had a sever type of mange and i had to give medication daily and bathe frequently. That was never a problem to me. I currently have two fur babies, one that i found on the street that someone had thrown and one that i adopted. My fur baby that was found on the street has a problem with his hips and I try my best to keep him comfortable. ALL animals are beautiful! Hello Fur Parents! Need someone to have a companion the whole time you’re gone ? I got it, i’m always home! I am a full time momma trying to make a little extra cash to help my husband. Before staying home, I was in the Medical Field as a CNA/Phlebotomist but left that behind to stay home with my newborn baby! My husband is off (Fri. - Sun.) so he helps me on weekends which are my busiest. We’re a team! I have a home that has a backyard that is securely fenced and is pretty specious for your babies to burn all that energy out. I also have two of my own fur babies who are the most loving and playful that have what feels like a million toys who are waiting to be shared with.

About: Hello! My name is Caitlyn. I have plenty experience caring for and loving a variety of breeds, as I have many of my own. I currently own 3 dogs and 3 cats. A golden retriever, Shiba Inu, French bulldog and my 3 cats. I’ve read them since they were newborn puppies/kittens, so I’m experienced in caring for all ages, from the tiniest to the largest. I’m also well versed in handling various temperaments. One of my cats as special and requires special care so if your pet needs any medication given I can make sure those needs are met. I’ll ensure your pet gets plenty of exercise and playtime while you’re away. I absolutely love taking dogs on walks around the neighborhood. I am currently a full time student with availability on weekday afternoons and open availability on weekends. I understand every pet owner’s schedule is different, so my goal is to provide flexible and accommodating care to meet your needs. I’m happy to work with your schedule to ensure your pet gets the attention and care they deserve. While I’m not currently offering in-home stays at my residence, your pet will be cared for as if they were my own. About: I have had pets my whole life and have experience taking care of them and other pets. I am now in college majoring in veterinary medicine I am currently in college but I am from Las Vegas and right now I have a very flexible schedule before I go back to school. I always make sure to do meet and greets so my clients' pets can get to know me in a familiar environment. This also allows clients to show me where things are (food, leash, medications, etc.) and anything else I may need to know to take care of their animals.

About: I currently have a Masters degree and work from home full time. I am finishing up another Bachelors degree in Animal Science Pre Vet. I have raised four dogs from puppies over the last 15 years. My first two passed from cancer. I currently have two fur babies that are my everything. I have many years of experience in handling and caring for major medical issues with dogs and cats. I work remotely from home so my schedule is extremely flexible. I can accommodate others schedules pretty easily. My two dogs are with me all day, every day. About: I have owned a pet for 16 years so I have a very good knowledge of animal care. I have two personal dog and many family pets! I’d love to watch your fur buddy! About: I adore taking care of pets! I’ve owned just about every animals myself including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, ferrets, a hedgehog, and have taken care of farm animals my entire life. About: I can take care of the high energy, anxious, storm worriers, medicated, fresh puppies and the elderly. I have 3 large dogs >100lbs as well! I currently am in nursing school Monday- Thursday and work part time in the ICUs. I would love to help care for your babies after class, during the week and on weekends! I will accept last minute drop ins or house sittings when needed! I am also flexible and can accept last minute bookings. I have a subaru outback wilderness suv that easily fits my 3 large dogs. I have two XXL cages and a double fenced yard. I have experience in dog training in walking, trail running, hiking, and other activities like fetching. I am comfortable around all dogs and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your dogs I will dedicate my time to loving them. About: I’ve had animals my whole life, but the past 5 years I’ve loved and taken care of many animals under the sun. Whether they are young or old, exotic or domestic, I give them the same type of love they would feel from you. I make sure to follow similar routine structure that you give your babies, including certain ear scratches they love, specific walks they like, and I make sure to send lots of updates and pictures throughout the sitting time. 🐾 I make sure to structure drop-ins at the beginning of the day at a time your pet is used to eating/going potty as well as the evening for the same needs. I am currently at a job where I can choose when I work, so if an emergency pet sitting is needed to be booked I’d be able to move things around for your animals! When doing a drop-in/overnight stays I like to follow a similar routine to how you care for your pet, that way there is no extra stress on them while you’re away. A typical drop in includes so much love as I come in through the front door, with lots of cuddles and petting. Then, I will do a walk through of the areas open to the pet to check for any possible accidents/things that need to be cleaned up. I’ll refresh the water bowls, feed them if it’s their time to be fed, and walk them if they are typically walked. I also try my best to play with their favorite toys if they have them, and give them specific pets that I know they like to make them feel more comfortable. An example would be this cute Doberman I watch named Deizel, he loves his dad rocking in the living room chair and being pet with his dad’s foot while they watch some TV. So, I try to incorporate these little moments full of love into my pet sits and rock in the chair the same way Diezel is used to his dad doing. :) Same thing with a cute chihuahua named Franky, who is used to his dad telling him exactly where he is going before he leaves the house and covering him up with his favorite blanket. All of these small gestures of love is what I think makes the pets time more comfortable as their owners are away, because it reminds them of their mom or dad and does not disrupt their day to day life as much when they are being sat for. :)
