“Phylis did great job taking care of my three cats. They all have their special needs. She came once a week for three weeks for a 24 hour stay to give them some extra special attention. She gave my elder cat his fluids once a week. She handled the other two quite well with their crazy personalities. We were able to talk on the phone while she was at the house to get an update. I appreciate all she did and I was able to relax knowing my cats were getting her special attention”

About: Animals have been a huge part of my life — I’ve volunteered with 4 Paws for Ability, rescued and fostered countless pets, and spent time helping at the humane society. One of my favorite memories was saving a tiny flea‑covered kitten on a Fourth of July night shift; he’s now a happy, chubby cat named Thomas IV. At home, I have a 6‑year‑old golden retriever and a 3‑year‑old cat (and if I could, I’d add a raccoon and an opossum — that’s how much I love animals). Whether it’s a dog needing walks or a cat wanting quiet company, I provide reliable, compassionate care tailored to every pet. I’m a nursing student working part‑time in a busy emergency department, balancing school, work, and planning my wedding as a newly engaged bride — but no matter how full life gets, I always make time for animals. Whether it’s long walks, quiet snuggles, or helping pets in need, spending time with animals (mine or yours!) is one of my favorite things. I’m the go‑to gal for my coworkers when they need someone they can trust for potty breaks, walks, or check‑ins on their days off. I’ve also provided in‑home boarding for friends’ pets and others, giving them a safe and comfortable place while their families are away. My schedule is flexible as long as I’m given notice, and I have a reliable car to get me to and from your home without issue.

“Cassidy was great! We have three animals, and she tools great care of them all. Minimally, Cassidy is a cat whisperer. Our cat hates everyone outside of our nuclear family, but she somehow coaxed him into cuddle sessions. But more so she made sure the dogs were walked and loved on. We couldn’t recommend her more!”

About: I grew up with pets but once I moved to college in 2016 I started pet sitting often as a side gig and now I pet sit and house sit almost every other weekend for my friends who go out of town. —I’ve sat up to 3 dogs before -from pop ins to 10 day long house/pet sittings -from rescued dogs to puppies -pet sat cats too I work for a ministry on UK’s campus so I have flexible hours. I do not have any set days or times but am willing to pick up help when needed with enough notice! I do whatever is most comfortable for the owners! I crate when needed or snuggle them when they need it! I’m ready to take them on walks or let them run around outside!

“Kristen did an excellent job for us with our precious pets (3) and our house. They got more attention and exercise than we can usually give them. I think we need her to train us to be better pet parents.”

About: I have had a pet for 12 years and have many times been left to take care of her. My family members have pets and I’ve taken care of them. I have experience walking, feeding, brushing and all the basic pet care needs. I am a college student and work part time so I have plenty of time to incorporate taking care of your furry babies. I have lots of free time as well. I will listen to and respect any needs you may have regarding personal pet care. Treating animals like they are meant to be treated means the world to me. Pets are so special and deserve so much love.

“Although one of my dogs is very nervous and unsure about new people he did so well with Caitlin! She is so patient and kind and worked with ky dogs Flynn to make his feel comfortable. I will definitely be using her in the future :)”

“Kayla was great! We came home to happy pups! She was very communicative and helpful with our senior dog and of course our crazy Frenchie Winston! She left our home tidy which isn’t always the case with house-sitters. We will definitely ask Kayla to watch our boys again!”

“Brian was great! He communicated well, took great care of both our dog and cat (and the dog involved giving pills regularly!) - it was great to be able to away for a weekend and trust that everything was in good hands at home!”

I understand how important your pets are to you, and I strive to provide the best care and attention for every furry (or scaly) friend I look after. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, or special medical needs, I’m here to ensure your pets are happy, healthy, and safe while you're away! I work full time Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Sunday through Wednesday I am not available for overnight house stays, but my availability is flexible for drop-ins and dog walking. I keep my calendar updated by several months in advance! I will ensure that your pet gets everything that they need in your absence, from plenty of play and exercise, to their proper food portions and medications. I am happy to work with you to accommodate all of your pet's needs.

About: I've had dogs ever since I was born and just love being around them. I've trained mine growing up and they've been great. My neighbors always ask me to watch theirs whenever they go on vacation. I'm currently working part time during the evening, but am totally available during the mornings Tuesday through Thursday. I would be so happy to watch your dog(s) while you're at work or for whatever you need! I create a safe, loving space tailored to each dog’s needs. I read canine cues, manage crates calmly, and maintain consistent routines—ensuring pets feel secure and owners feel confident.
