He was very chill and seemed just like normal when he came home from Rita's. We were very happy about that. We'll be taking Toby back to Rita's.”

Bruno seemed to be having a wonderful time, and I was delighted to see him so content in the updates I received. What particularly stood out to me was Joseph's flexibility and willingness to accommodate a last-minute extension to Bruno's stay. Despite the unexpected change in plans, Joseph was incredibly understanding and made the process seamless, which I greatly appreciated. Upon picking Bruno up, it was evident that he had been well-cared for and had formed a genuine bond with Joseph. Bruno was happy, healthy, and seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed his time. I cannot recommend Joseph highly enough for anyone seeking a caring and responsible individual to look after their furry family members. His genuine love for animals and his commitment to providing the best possible care make him an exceptional choice for pet boarding. I will undoubtedly be entrusting Joseph with Bruno's care in the future, knowing that he will be in excellent hands.”

“This was our first time using Rover and we couldn’t be more happy. We typically take Dory with us on all our trips but we’re restricted due to time constraints and events held out of state. We were initially nervous to leave Dory overnight and have her stay with someone but she absolutely loved her stay with Patti, Oliver, and especially Beulah. Loved the picture and video updates and Patti was so responsive to our inquiries this nervous dog mom. Dory loved her time at Patti’s so much that we booked two more stays. She was a devoted dog mom herself for 14 years and recently lost her beloved lab, her best friend. She did everything to makes his life comfortable and healthy. She also played a key roll in helping her grandmother care for her dog as they both grew older. She has often cared for her neighbors pets when they are away. Jennifer is a responsible and energetic adult and always there to help others. She holds a supervisory roll in her job and is extremely well organized. I believe Jen would be a loving and very responsible pet caregiver since I have seen this trait in her as both a child in my home and since growing up and living with pets in her own home.”

“Casta was very well cared for and I am sure she thoroughly enjoyed her stay with Andres and two other canine friends at the home. Andres kept me updated throughout the stay on how Casta was getting along and fitting in with the group. We will definitely use Andres again for future boarding.”
