This was my first time using Rover and I was already nervous to leave my pup since it was her first time away from me. I have to say I was not happy. I never met Jade. I got a message that she was in the hospital the night before drop off. Her mom greeted me at drop off and pick up. She seemed nice enough. The profile says 1 cat, but Jade's mom mentioned her 2 dogs who were in the house barking aggressively. The profile also said a non smoking home, but Daisy's fur and all of her belongings wreeked of a heavy smoke smell as well as unsanitary conditions. I had to immediately take her for a bath and I had to launder all of her bags and contents. The bags and blanket are ruined as I could not get the smell out even after washing. I had to wash Daisy several times to get the smell off of her. I was not happy with my first time on here at all. I will not be using Jade again and not sure I'll be using Rover again.

My furbaby loves going to Jade’s. Jade keeps me updated throughout the stay and returns Keisha to me happy, healthy and relaxed. Jade always accepts my last minute requests with a willingness to accommodate my unpredictable schedule. Jade is my go-to sitter every time.
