About: I have had dogs in my home for the past 10 years. I’ve had my own personal dog for the past 5. I work at an animal hospital, so I have tons of experience with cats and dogs of all sizes. I am confident in my ability to administer medications, if needed (oral, transdermal, injectable, inhalant). I raise puppies for a service dog organization, so I have experience with puppies who are still learning. My degree is in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and I am seeking higher education. My personal pup is with me almost 24/7. I am very blessed that she is able to come to work with me. I work 4 10 hour shifts, so I’m free 3 days a week on a consistent schedule. I occasionally have family events or Puppy Club events on those days, so scheduling ahead is always appreciated. I do accept same day reservations when I’m available. I always check fencing prior to allowing a pet outside in a yard. While walking, I carry an emergency kit. I always have a backup leash and collar/training collar in my car in case a pup got to them without the parents knowledge (yes, I’ve needed them before).

I was super nervous to leave them especially since my older cat will just decide not to eat if any tiny thing changes in his routine. Colleen is an absolute star. She got right in and dealt with all of my pets’ individual needs as well as MY anxieties, lists and stickynotes. I got multiple texts with every single visit and she responded to MY texts immediately. I could tell with every photo or text she sent that my furbabes were getting excellent care. About: I’ve always had a dog in my home, and love any and all pups. My 10 year old dog recently passed. He was a one-dog household kind of guy, so my house feels very quiet without a pup in here. I’m also very used to caring for a dog who doesn’t always love other dogs. I work from home full time and have a large backyard. I can provide a minimum of 1 long walk each day, with frequent breaks out back. I have no other pets and no other people in my home. I have a fenced in yard and am here most of the time each day.
