About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life and have never known a home without a dog. Since I was little, I’ve helped care for dogs of all kinds by feeding them, walking them, playing with them, and making sure they feel loved and cared for. What sets me apart is that I truly enjoy spending time with animals and building trust with both pets and their owners. I understand that every dog is unique, and I’m dedicated to giving each one the attention, patience, and care they deserve. Pet care isn’t just part of my routine, it’s part of my everyday life! As a dog owner and animal lover, my days already revolve around feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, cuddles, and making sure my pups are happy and comfortable. Because caring for pets is what I love most, turning it into a business felt natural. I enjoy building relationships with dogs and giving them plenty of attention, love, and care while their owners are away. I’d be excited to welcome your pup into my routine, too! Every dog I care for becomes part of the family! I treat each pup with the same love, attention, and care that I give my own dogs. I’ll stick to their routine, keep them happy and comfortable, give them plenty of playtime and cuddles, and make sure all their needs are met. I care for every pet the way I’d hope someone would care for mine, with lots of love, patience, and tail-wagging fun.
“Krystal was absolutely wonderful with Max! She walked him mornings and evenings while I was away and sent great updates. Max is a sweet boy, but it always takes a special person to make him feel completely comfortable, and Krystal did just that. She is reliable, caring, and super easy to communicate with. I will definitely be booking her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter!”

About: I grew up with large dogs, rodents, and have owned many scaly friends. I befriend every stray cat I meet and I stop to help whenever I see a dog that's escaped their home and its safe to do so. I also used to ride horses when I lived in the country. Currently I take care of my thumbnail dart frogs and wish for more animal friends. I am currently unemployed but work on developing my own video game at home. When I am employed my jobs are exclusively remote. I like to go on an evening walk and sometimes I will be out of the house for a few hours at a time. Occasionally I might be out for the night but its generally about once a week or less. My home has a fenced yard, an atrium, 3 bedrooms and 2 living spaces. I also have an alarm system that is armed at night. I am happy to let dogs out in the yard and take them on walks. At my clients home I am happy to sit with your pets to keep them company and read a comic book, draw on my tablet, or play a game on my Switch.
About: I have had pets growing up and enjoy them and their company. Oddly enough while walking anywhere if there is an animal it will approach me. My wife says I have "Disney Princess" skills. I have two dogs that I care for everyday throughout the day, however, for others my evenings are the best times to during the week, and anytime during the weekend. I ensure I have a clean home, and monitor what my dogs are around to include knowing what can and cannot come into the house. Having a safe and clean environment allows for a helathy life for pets who are family.
About: I currently have two dogs at home that have been raised since they were puppies. I provide consistent routines for our dogs and am confident in my ability to provide stability for your dogs while you are away from home. My home has a fenced off area indoors and outdoors to give your dogs plenty of space to roam around and not have to be fully cooped up all day. I will help your dogs have a home away from home. I currently have a full time job, but my job also allows for work from home so my schedule is based on my ability to be home during your pet’s stay. Even if I need to be in office, I can come home during my lunch break for 30 minutes to tend to the dogs. On weekends I will be home and only go out for a few hours at a time for groceries. I am very familiar with crate training and other simple tricks for dogs. I always feed all dogs separately to ensure no food guarding occurs and we monitor the dogs throughout meal time. I am comfortable with feeding basic medications if needed.

“Justin was the best. He was never late and helped me so much. I was injured so couldn’t deal with my trash bag, Justin helped me throw them away as well. Again he’s the pro and the kindest.”

“Julia is the best! I had a work emergency and needed a walk for my boys last minute in the evening and she was there for me and took such good care of them for an hour. I will always go to Julia first for my pups! :)”

About: Hi! My name is Liz. I recently re-downloaded Rover after being away for a few years, and I’m excited to start pet sitting again through Rover. I’m a college graduate with years of experience caring for pets through my mom’s Rover account, along with ongoing cat sitting jobs and trusted repeat clients. I’m known for being a great communicator, dependable, and attentive to both pets and owners. I offer house sitting, drop-ins, walks, overnight care, and can also help with light household tasks like bringing in mail/packages, watering plants, pulling trash cans in or out, and keeping your home tidy while you’re away. I especially love caring for senior pets and pets who do best staying in the comfort of their own home. I understand every animal has different needs, personalities, and routines, and I always try to make them feel safe and comfortable while you’re gone. For overnight stays, my fiancé may occasionally accompany me for safety and comfort purposes, but your pet’s care and respect for your home always come first. I’m happy to communicate openly beforehand so everyone feels comfortable and confident. Feel free to message me anytime with questions. I respond quickly and would love to see if we’re a good fit for you and your pets! Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I currently have a very flexible schedule during the week. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so caring for pets never feels like a chore to me. I’m very attentive with feeding schedules, playtime, walks, litter box cleaning, medications if needed, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. At this time, I only offer care in my client’s home because I have an anxious 9-year-old tabby cat at home, and I want to keep his environment calm and stress-free. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always try to maintain their normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. For overnight stays, I usually stay in the guest room or designated area of the home, and many pets enjoy sleeping nearby or spending time with me throughout the day. I’m very respectful of your home and prioritize cleanliness, safety, and communication. I make sure doors are securely locked, pets are supervised carefully, and feeding, walks, litter box cleaning, playtime, and potty breaks are handled consistently. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
