“Justin was the best. He was never late and helped me so much. I was injured so couldn’t deal with my trash bag, Justin helped me throw them away as well. Again he’s the pro and the kindest.”

“Matthew provided excellent service for our dog the two days I needed support. He offered a public meet and greet prior to his initial services and paid close attention to my dogs needs. Matthew was prepared with treats and carried water and a bowl for my dog during the walks. He even went a few minutes past the walk to ensure our dog could keep a slow pace towards the end. I’m very appreciative of Matthew’s last minute support and hope I can book with him again in the future.”

About: I’ve had my own dog for 11 years, so I understand how important it is to find someone who will treat your pet like family. Over the years, friends and family have trusted me to care for their pets because they know I’m reliable, loving, and attentive. Whether it’s going on long walks, giving belly rubs, or making sure their routines are followed, I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I love my dog with my whole heart—and I’d treat yours like my own. I’m a college student home for the summer with lots of free time, so your pup will get plenty of attention, playtime, and love. I’m available most weekdays and weekends, and super flexible with scheduling! I have one friendly dog and a large, fenced yard in a spacious home—perfect for safe play and relaxation. I make sure pets feel comfortable, cared for, and part of the family while you’re away.

“Amanda was fantastic! She treated my fur babies like they were her own. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful and professional. I felt completely at ease knowing she would be caring for my pets. She even went above and beyond by allowing me to borrow her doggie stroller for my elderly and blind doggie to use so he wouldn’t feel left out when they went for a walk with my younger dog. I highly recommend her services and I will definitely ask for her services again in the future.”

“Thanks again! You wore Ruby out-in a good way!”

About: I am first and foremost an animal lover. I have had large dogs all my life. Two golden retrievers and an Alaskan Malamute, not simultaneously. I currently have a jolly 3 year old Alaskan Malamute who is the boss in my life. I am the go to pet sitter in my friend groups with many years of experience with all types of dogs. I have also fostered cats with Hospice Hearts Animal Rescue in Urbana, IL. I am currently a nursing student so my schedule is pretty open, especially on the weekends. I will not be available Wednesdays and Thursdays. My daily routine consists of going to the Champaign Bark Park in the morning/afternoon and a 20 minute walk in the neighborhood in the evenings. If the weather allows, I do try to take my pup to the park twice a day since she is high energy. My malamute goes to the park twice a day, weather permitting. If your pet is not keen on another dog, my malamute will stay with my boyfriend in his home. Your pet will have free rein of my pet friendly 2-bedroom apartment. The home is clutter free and safe.

“Jillian was great with my pup! We did a meet and greet the day before and she came by for the rest of the week to give him a lunch potty break. Jillian took photos and was very responsive. My pup was happy to see her too! We will be sure to have Jillian help us out again in the future. 🙌 🐕”

About: I’ve taken care of my sister dog for about two years now. But I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life and I love them. I’m currently working a part time job and I attend school. So my availability would be on weekends but it’s summer so more flexible times I have a lot of energy so I’ll make sure your dog is entertained and having fun. I’ll ensure lots of belly rubs and treats.

About: I have had dogs my entire life, and my major responsibilities started at about 8 years old. I aided my own senior dog with her health issues as well as my neighbors dog who requires extra medical attention. I am well-versed in dog-breeds and the nature of these animals. I love all dogs and have always been the dog-walker for my neighborhood. This will most likely be my main job, as I am a university student returning home for the summer. I am super flexible schedule wise and can easily meet any expectations. I have a fenced yard and my own dog who is 10000% dog-friendly. I am used to crate-trained dogs as well as those who may need to be restricted in the house. They will have my full attention no matter the environment to ensure they are well taken care of.

About: As a dog lover and owner my whole life, I know the importance of walks and adventure that all dogs need. The joy that they get from walking and being cared for in a genuine way is what makes them so special to me! I am a frequent petsitter to friends and family. I currently am working part-time so I have plenty of time through the week to do walks and check in on your pets! I am most available Saturday through Tuesday, with availability in the evenings the rest of the week. I ensure that your pet will be comfortable, clean, and well cared for. I am happy to engage in playtime and give them some additional TLC while you’re away, and send photos for check-ins at your convenience.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10, and I don’t just “watch” pets—I build a relationship with them. My own dog, Gadget, is almost 12 years old, and I’ve been his lifelong best friend, snuggle buddy, walker, and groomer. Whether it’s trail hikes, neighborhood strolls, or indoor games like hide-and-seek, I tailor care to what each dog enjoys most. What makes me different is my calm, caring approach. I pay close attention to body language and behavior to respond to a pet’s needs, not just follow a routine. I believe clear communication, trust, and creating a safe environment are essential to happy pets. From house training to meal routines to peaceful walks, I care for every dog like they’re part of my family—because to me, they are. As a stay-at-home dad, my schedule is flexible day or night and pet care is a natural part of our daily rhythm. I’m available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends to care for your pup with the same attention and love I give my own buddy, Gadget. My two daughters are also part of our pet-loving household—they enjoy going on walks and sharing snuggles with our furry visitors. Whether it’s a calm companion or a playful pup, your dog will be part of a warm, active, and caring environment throughout the day. I’d like to be mindful of creating a safe, trusting, and interactive environment for your pup in your home. I’d like to think I have a great attention to detail and like to keep things organized and clean just the way you need it.

“Kristen is great! She is on time, communicative, and sweet to my 4 legged. Thank you Kristen!!!”

About: Hi! I’m Xaiviea, I’m 29, and animals have been the biggest part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for just about everything—puppies, kittens, parrots, reptiles, ferrets, chinchillas, barn animals—you name it! I spent 5 years as a professional dog trainer at Petco, regularly volunteer at local shelters, and have been an emergency placement foster many times. I’ve even dabbled in reptile husbandry and helped get my own mom into reptiles—she now has five, and I help her care for them! Right now I live with family to help out my elderly parents, and I share my life with four lovable Frenchies and my sphynx cat, Chicken. (Yes, his name is Chicken. Yes, he lives up to it. 😂) My long-term dream is to open two animal rescues—one just for French Bulldogs and one for all animals—with tons of space for everything from horses to hedgehogs. I also hope to go back to school for biology and zoology, and I’m using Rover to help save for that goal. I treat every pet like my own—furry kids with unique needs, personalities, and big emotions. You can trust me to keep them safe, loved, and totally spoiled. 💖 Thanks for reading—I can’t wait to meet your babies! My schedule is completely open and i promise I will make caring for your pets my first priority. I can stay as long as you'd like or I can pop in as many times as you'd like. Whatever you want I'll make happen! I'm an animal freak and provide the best care possible. My dogs are all on individual diets and have there supplements and all! I don't play when it comes to pet care! I take pride in how I care for my pets and your pets will get the exact same treatment.

“Marilyn is WONDERFUL and we will definitely hire her again! She sent us several videos and lots of photos so we always knew what was happening with our furbabies. Her calming presence and clear love of animals also helped us feel at ease. Two big packages arrived from Amazon while we were gone. She generously brought them into the house. I know our pups loved her - thank you, Marilyn!!”

About: I’ve owned and taken care of dogs all my life. I will walk love and care for your fur baby as if it were mine. I am a stay at home fur baby mom. I walk and play ball my dogs everyday, and would love to include yours with us. My home has a fenced back yard that is dog friendly. I will be happy to treat your baby with respect and care as you need.

“I’m so happy I found Mandy to walk Clover on days that I can’t. She’s always on time and Clover is excited to see her. Before the first walk I shared a few details about Clover’s behavior and what to watch out for while walking. Mandy appreciated the information and they had a great time. I highly recommend Mandy to anyone looking for someone to help with their fir baby.”

“Excellent communication and care for Bear.”

About: I’ve taken care of my own 2 puppies, almost 4 and 2. And helped friends with boarding and grooming. Regularly walk the dogs along the canal. I work from home, with much freedom to come and go. I am open to board, walk, or drop in at any time at the moment. My dogs mostly free roam down stairs. They are trained to go into a crate or play pen when needed. I take them out several times a day and they eat twice a day in the morning and evening.

About: I’ve lived with dogs my entire life. I am a dog and cat mama myself. I also have experience with reptiles such as tortoises and geckos and I would love to learn more about your baby and their unique personality and needs. I am able to give oral and topical medications and have experience caring for special needs and senior pets. I have experience caring for both high energy pups as well as pups who would prefer to just snuggle up on the couch and relax and cater my services to best suit the needs of your baby. I love spoiling pets treats but please let me know if there are any allergies/sensitivities or food restrictions. I only take 1 family at a time so I can ensure your pets get undivided attention and love. Right now, my schedule is pretty flexible. I typically go into an office to work Tuesday-Thursday but am home before 5 pm to care for your pets. To me there’s no better way to relax than hang out with your pets. I don’t let dogs go off-leash unless you have a secured fenced yard. Even in a fenced yard, dogs are never left unsupervised. On walks with your pup(s), I don’t let other dogs meet them just to ensure no negative experiences involving other dogs occur.

About: I have a little bit of senior dog experience as my own dog is going to be seventeen this year. My experience has been with smaller dogs 30lbs and less. I have a pretty open and flexible schedule for walks during the day. Walking a few times a day is very important to me. So why not make new furry friends while doing it(: Since I have dogs of my own I will not let any new dogs into my home. My dogs will not join your pets on walk. There will never be contact. This is to inure safety and well being for both parties.

“Naomi is the kind, responsible, responsive and caring person that you want taking care of your pet! For years, I have watched her love on both dogs and cats alike - always with the highest standard of care. Naomi brings all of the best attributes you would want out of an eldest sister: she is calm in high-stress moments and she is always looking out for those around her (people and animals alike)! You will not regret entrusting your pets with Naomi!”
