About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats in my family my entire life and have always been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family for many years. I have two amazing little orange cats of my own, Fred and George (can you tell my partner and I are Harry Potter fans too?) They mean the world to me, so I know how important your pet is to you. I have experience with puppies/kittens, as well as senior dogs and cats as well. I’m excited to get to know your pet, as they are an important part of your family, and I can ensure I will go above and beyond to care for them as you would. Overall, my goal is to always ensure your pet feels extra love and companionship in your absence, because I know that’s when they need it most. Pet sitting is currently my full time job, so I am available whenever you need me! I can work early mornings and late nights if needed. I am reliable and timely and can drive to wherever you are. I have great attention to detail for any specific instructions you may have for your pet(s). I can handle caring for multiple pets daily while maintaining their normal routines as much as possible. I know it can be stressful for a new person to enter their space, but I pride myself in doing whatever I can to be a sense of comfort for them.

About: I do in kennel enrichment and dog walking at the SPCA. It has educated me a lot about positive reinforcement training, desensitization, compassion, and counter conditioning within dog behavior. I am very understanding of every dog's different temperaments and boundaries. I am the proud owner of Max, an 11 year old Pitbull who has been my best friend for over a decade. I am available anytime after 12pm, where your dog’s established routine becomes my priority. Whether they need strict mid-day feeding times or frequent potty breaks throughout the afternoon, I will be there for your pet. I am able to offer consistent, focused attention, structured enrichment, and companionship exactly when your pet needs it most. Safety is my top priority, with SPCA volunteer training and 11 years with my senior Pitbull, Max. In your home, I strictly follow your routine, maintain your house rules, and ensure all doors and gates stay locked and secure. On walks, my shelter experience means I am hyper-aware of our surroundings, good at reading dog body language, and fully confident being your dog's handler. I will send you regular photo updates so you have total peace of mind.

About: I have owned and cared for cats and dogs my entire life. I’ve also looked after other pets for friends and family while they were away on vacation. I genuinely love animals and understand the importance of providing them with attention, care, and companionship. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime, or simply keeping them company, I’m here to help and ensure your pets are well cared for while you’re away. I will help care for your pets while you are on vacation or unable to care for your pets while you are at work or need a short break. I have a gate , my pets all stay inside, my big dog stays outside in the back and on nice days he will come to the front yard since it’s fence in.

About: I have been in the veterinary field for over 32 years and in all those years I’ve also been house sitting and I love it. I currently have my days free and I’m pretty flexible to do check ins and exercise. I’ll also consider doing sleep overs if need be. I watch over the animals as if they are my own. I never leave them unattended outside. I make sure the animals are very comfortable.

About: I grew up with a big Labrador and my family also has two more medium sized dogs. I have years of experience in walking and boarding. I have experience with many different breeds and particularly love bigger dogs (being big sized myself). Unfortunately when I moved to Sacramento I couldn’t take my pup with me so your pet will have all my love and attention! My wife and I mostly work from home and my schedule is very much open. I take a calm, patient, and structured approach to caring for dogs. I believe dogs thrive with a healthy balance of affection, freedom, exercise, positive reinforcement, and clear rules and boundaries. Structure should help a dog feel secure and understand what is expected of them without taking away their opportunity to be a dog. Understanding canine behavior and body language is especially important to me. I pay attention to the smaller signals dogs use to communicate whether they are excited, uncertain, overstimulated, uncomfortable, ready to play, or simply in need of some quiet time. Every dog has its own personality, history, routine, and comfort level, and I believe good care starts with respecting those differences. Charlie Girl is a happy, social dog who genuinely enjoys connecting and playing with other dogs. Even so, I never assume that two dogs will immediately be comfortable together. Introductions and interactions are handled thoughtfully and supervised, with each dog's behavior and comfort level determining how quickly they progress. I also make it a priority to follow the routines and expectations established by each dog's family, including feeding schedules, sleeping arrangements, walking routines, training cues, boundaries, and other care instructions. Consistency can make being away from home much easier for a dog. Most importantly, I take the responsibility of caring for someone else's dog seriously. These animals are members of their families, just as the dogs throughout my life have been members of mine. I want owners to leave knowing their dog is being watched closely, treated with patience and respect, given meaningful attention and enrichment, and welcomed into a home where their safety and well being come first. Regular photos, videos, and checkins are part of that commitment so you never have to wonder how your dog is doing.

About: I love all animals, but especially dogs. I can come to your home for day care or over nights. I love to walk and am happy to take your pet on walks or play a game of catch. I have one well behaved shih tzu terrier who is friendly and loves to play with other dogs. I will dote on your pet as if it was my own, and you will have the peace of mind of knowing that your pet is well taken care of when you are away. I am available for day care and overnight boarding on weekdays and weekends. I love taking long walks so your pets will get plenty of exercise. I have many references I can provide on request. I will treat your pet like my own with lots of cuddles, fetch and exercise. I am very good at administering medications and getting even the pickiest eaters to eat their food.
