About: I have been a dog/cat lover and caretaker (I don't like the word "owner") for my entire adult life. In addition to my own sweet dog Patti (shepherd mix, age 8) I have fostered dogs and cats on and off for many years. From puppies to pitties, Great Danes to Blue Heelers, my home and heart is a welcome place for any and all furry critters. I am a freelance writer and artist so my schedule is imminently flexible and I love nothing more than strolling around the neighborhood...hopefully with your pup or kitty soon! I work from home, make my own hours, make a good freelance income and as such can be a flexible with time as needed. I also love to move about the city, any time of day, and would love to have another furry companion friend along every day. I have a 1BD apartment in Bed-Stuy where I live with my partner Kendall and our dog, Patti. Patti is typically a very easy going dog, enjoys most other animals and gets along with dogs and cats alike. Never, ever aggressive. She runs our house like the queen she is :)

About: I have taken care of dogs of all ages, shapes and sizes. I live close to parks and love to take dogs on long walks twice a day. Showers as needed. It really is a resort style vacation for your pup :) Happy to take care of your furry friend Friday-Sunday, with pickup as early as Thursday evening. I wfh Fridays and generally have a very relaxed schedule with plenty of time for play breaks. I live in an apartment with no roommates with plenty of space to accommodate a dog of any size. Dogs are allowed everywhere that I go.

When your dog stays with me, you can rest assured that they’ll be in a clean, safe, and loving environment. My partner and I are parents to a very sweet 4-year-old Sheepadoodle named Bug. Your dog will have the opportunity to socialize and play throughout the day, while still getting the individualized attention that a larger daycare can’t provide.

About: I've always had a love of dogs, and have spent a lot of time volunteering at shelters and dogsitting from a young age. I currently travel too much to responsibly care for a dog now, but would love to spend a few days or hours with your dog! I do a lot of research on training techniques and various emergency situations to be ready to handle it all. I work fully remote from home with very flexible hours! I only mark myself available on days and accept bookings where I can realistically care for your pet according to your care plan. My top priority when I am on the job is to ensure your pet has a good experience. I prioritize maintaining the pets schedule, and being sure that I am available to spend quality time to help ease any anxiety from being with new people or a new setting. On walks I try to take long enough walks to tire out the pups and also take different routes to keep it interesting. Would also be open to taking the dog to the dog park, based on socialization and my confidence in the ability to keep the dog safe. I understand pets are part of the family, and I want to be sure you feel comfortable leaving them with me!
