About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for years, also I have a 14yrs poodle dog. My friends relied on me for walking, feeding, playing with their loved ones. Currently I’m working on part time, I have enough time to play with your loved ones. I can do weekday from 11-4pm, weekends after 2pm. I always care pets in my clients home. Most pets like to stay in their familiar surroundings, which makes them feel safe and allows me to better accompany them.

“Jean is great with pets! Very communicative and kind. I look forward to booking her in the future.”

About: I was raised on a horse farm and have cared for animals my entire life—dogs, cats, goats, chickens, rabbits, and more. I’ve fostered pregnant and nursing pets, raised litters, helped train service dogs, and supported senior pets and animals with medical needs. Friends and family regularly trust me with their beloved pets, and I always treat them with the same care I give my own. I respect each animal’s individual personality and boundaries, and I pride myself on being gentle, responsible, and attentive. Whether it’s a spirited puppy or a shy senior, I’ll meet them where they are—always with kindness and patience. I'm a recent UCLA grad taking a gap year to work on grad school applications, which means my schedule is flexible and pet care fits in perfectly! I can work from anywhere and am available for early morning walks starting as early as 6am, and most days I'm free until 6pm. I'm happy to provide drop-in visits, dog walks, and extended time with your pets if needed. I also offer house sitting, because I believe it's important for animals to stay in a familiar environment when their people are away. Whatever your needs are, I’m here to help! Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my top priority. In your home, I follow your routines carefully—whether that means sticking to specific feeding schedules, administering medications, or respecting crate training and house rules. I take time to earn each animal’s trust, always moving at their pace and honoring their boundaries. I’m experienced with pets of all temperaments, ages, and medical needs, and I work hard to create a calm, stable environment while you’re away. I believe in treating every home with respect and every animal with the same care I give my own.

About: Some quick personal info about my experience. My family has taken care of most animals that you could find in a pet shop. From dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, arachnids, etc. And I understand that your dog needs someone to care for it like family even if it’s for a short amount of time. I currently have a senior dog with my girlfriend (he just turned 10) and he has grown just more affectionate over the years. I’ve taken care my friends’ dogs over the years, from puppies to seniors and even dogs from different households. Emergencies are familiar to me, if it involves being persuasive with getting medication down, topical applications, anxiety meds, or even an emergency visit to a vet, these are situations I have experienced before. Patience and consistency is key when it comes to animals. Even if your dog has a sensitive stomach, I’ve had to take my dog out every 30 minutes for two days, until we got his stomach under control. As long as I can remember, dogs have been a part of my life. And I’d like to put that experience to use for others who have a vacation planned in thr near future. Currently a student with a dog of my own. I share my dog with my girlfriend. He’s large lab mix who is 10 years old! He loves having a friend around and we’d like to keep him socialized through his elder years. Also, very open to sitting in the animal’s own home if the situation calls for it. Animals require a team effort no matter what the environment. I currently live in DTLA in an apartment. Very dog friendly area with plenty of spots for dogs to be comfortable in. I frequent the dog park next to STAPLES Center and also the Silverlake Reservoir. My dog personally enjoys my balcony and gets 3 long walks a day.

“Jenny has babysat our kitten on multiple occasions. She's always so great with our cat and sends a detailed report every day, keeping us at ease while we're away. We highly recommend Jenny to anyone that needs their pet looked after!”

“Thank you again Maria! I know Lucky isn’t the easiest dog to wrangle. I really appreciate your skill, patience and support!!”

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs, so caring for them comes naturally to me. Whether it’s an energetic pup needing structure or a senior dog looking for extra snuggles, I know how to balance discipline with affection. I believe in positive reinforcement and setting clear boundaries, ensuring every dog feels safe, happy, and well-behaved. From long walks to belly rubs, I treat every pup like my own. I work remotely, M - F, which allows me to take breaks throughout the day for walks, check-ins, and playtime. My days are flexible, making it easy to accommodate your pup’s needs. I have a large studio apartment with a dog park on the same floor. I take walks and runs near my apartment but can easily keep dog walks to my apartment’s dog park if a pup gets overwhelmed with the city life.

About: Just moved to LA & had to leave my Yorkie, Pablo behind. He’s 12 and has been keeping me company since 2013. Looking to make some new pup friends to help fill the void! I currently help to care for a friend’s rescue Weimaraner, Ziggy, when she and her boyfriend go out of town on the weekends. I work from home most days so my schedule can be very flexible — I can spend a ton of time with your best friend to keep them entertained while you’re away! I live alone & have a giant loft space with 2 bedrooms. Plenty of room to play fetch and safe places to walk in my neighborhood. If I’m doing drop in visits, I’d love for you to show me where your pup likes to be walked and use the bathroom. Happy to set up a meeting prior to learn about both of your preferences!
