“Tonisa was an awesome sitter for Koda. This was Koda’s first time being away from us for such a long period of time so i was apprehensive but after meeting Tonisa I felt at ease. During Koda’s stay, Tonisa sent frequent pictures and updates. I highly recommend!”

“It’s so cute to see my Chaseypoo interact with Amia and Joshua, the kids and their pups. They adore her and she comes home happy and tired and ready for a nap.”

“Thank you so much for taking good care of my Dazz, the videos and updates kept me at ease as I was in another country. Would definitely use your service again!”

“Thaaaannnkkk you Toya! She was wonderful throughout the whole process. Great communication, was able to accommodate only a few days prior of notification, and flexible with the booking! Dropoff was easy, and my dog didn't even bark when she came out (always a good sign of a dog person!). Of course he would have a small incident in her residence, Toya was informative in what happened and was still patient and kind. We would definitely consider using her again.”

“Bola was amazing with our little furry baby, Lily Joe! Her communication was excellent, and she sent daily updates, which made the process of leaving Lily for the first time a lot easier. We felt reassured knowing that Lily was in such capable and loving hands. Thank you, Bola, for taking such great care of our pup!”

“Shani (and her kiddos☺️) LOVED on my pup while I was away. Shani was an excellent communicator and sent update photos and videos, too. I really appreciated such good communication and how well Lady was taken care of. When you see your dog smiling in the update photos, you know it’s real. I’ll be looking to book Shani for my next trip away.”

“Iman was AMAZING, my Colin enjoyed himself thoroughly. She was so good with him. Iman kept us informed daily about what Colin was doing. She sent pictures and videos of all the activities. Colin generally does not play with other dogs but while with Iman, he seemed to truly enjoy himself. Iman was soo gracious and understanding with us as we were a bit late with our pickup time. I have to say this experience was GREAT. I have used boarding facilities and doggie hotels in the past and my Colin has never had this much fun, all the photos and videos showed that he was having an awesome time. I absolutely recommend Iman for your furry baby, she is well trained and knows how to take good care of furrbaby.”

“Juliana is amazing. She was able to accommodate on such a last minute booking. Her eager to understand your pet is beyond grateful. We look forward to holding onto Juliana for future bookings and continuing seeing her grow with her pet care and support. Thanks for everything Juliana, we appreciate you so much.”

“Janet was the best! I was nervous to leave my dog behind, but she eased my fears. She sent me pictures every day and her dogs welcomed my dog into their pack right away. He was sad to come home! I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful sitter. We’ll definitely be repeat customers! Thank you, Janet!”

“Mercedes is my pups best friend. They know, that while in her care, they will be loved and cared for. This is their second visit with her and after only minutes of being back with her and her family, they knew where they were and settled right in. My pups love her and her family. I know that in her care, there’s no need to worry about them. She’s a kind and gentle soul who will take great care of your furry babies.”

“Dominique is great with my girl Pip !!! My dog recognizes her block in the neighborhood as we walk by and even stops to smell the entrance with excitement each time we pass by. Dominique is quick to respond, sends lots of updates with pictures, and I come home to a happy tired dog after being away!!”

“If you want complete peace of mind, book Twanna W. immediately! She recently cared for my senior golden retriever pit mix, H'Raka, for four days and treated him like royalty. She made sure he got plenty of exercise, kept me updated with photos and videos, and followed through with my request and bought him his own bed to make sure he was comfortable. H'Raka loved romping with her two boys and came home incredibly happy. Twanna’s generosity and attentiveness are unmatched. I am so grateful for her and will definitely use her services again!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
