I knew that adjusting to someone else would be difficult for them, but Mercedes was so reassuring that all would be well. She was so patient, kind, and loving with my babies. I was so sure that we would have to cut our trip short, but with the updates and open dialogue on how to approach their care, I was left feeling at ease.
