I've had about a year of experience academically working with animals specifically dogs and cats in Florida. There In the Vet academy at my institution in Florida, we were taught various subjects from properly caring for animals to the internal properties of each kind of animal. I'm currently looking fo a Pet care fits well into my daily and weekly routine because I’m someone who enjoys staying active, organized, and consistent. While I’m currently looking for a part-time summer job, pet sitting and care is something that also works well with my schedule long-term because it gives me flexibility once I start school again. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of attention, playtime, walks if needed, and a clean environment. I’m very attentive to a pet’s behavior and comfort level, and I always try to create a calm, safe, and loving atmosphere while respecting the owner’s instructions and home. I also make sure to give updates so owners feel reassured while they’re away.

I offer a variety of personalized services to keep your pet happy, healthy, and safe, such as dog walking, house sitting, and frequent photo updates so you never miss your furry friend too much! I'm currently in school and working online, with this, your pet will rarely be left alone and will receive lots of attention throughout the day. I can take dogs out every 1 to 2 hours for quick backyard play or bathroom breaks. Additionally, I am available for early morning walks, midday check-ins, overnight stays, and weekend care. flexible with caring for your doggie. I have a fenced in yard and my own doggie named Pinky. About: I grew up in a multi pet home and learned to walk, train and groom pets from a young age. I cared for the last family dog through her medically tedious senior years. Through college I pet sat and walked for friends and family. For 2 years I worked for a veterinary clinic, although my job was marketing I often was asked to assist with holding and monitoring patients. When I became a pet owner I adopted puppies raising them through potty and crate training. I am proud to say they continue to be healthy and happy. Now we foster and pet sit dogs of all ages and sizes because of the dog friendly environment we’ve created at home. My success in pet lies with gaining the pets trust. I approach them slowly and go at their pace, sitting and waiting on the ground if necessary. I am pet sitting and walking full time so I have plenty of time to dedicate to my clients! Dogs are typically walked and out between 7am and 9pm. I have a fully fenced yard with ample room for running and playing. There are four resident dogs who are friendly and used to guests. We can crate your pup or have them sleep in a bed or in bed with me. Water is available at all times through a 2 gallon water dispenser.

About: Worked with everything from tiny puppies to seniors at the kennel and proudly volunteer at Chicago PAWS. I am also pursuing my career in pre-vet, looking forward to gaining more experience along the way. I am currently working part time but will be starting school in the fall so Im available Wednesdays-Sundays after 12pm Wednesday and Fridays: Evening shifts only (2pm-8pm) Saturdays: Morning shifts only (8am-12pm) Sundays: Both morning and evening shifts. (8am-8pm) Strongly prioritize a stress free space by following specific care routines and keeping the environment super clean. My experience at the kennel and at PAWS means that I am aware of safety procedures and keeping an eye out for health changes.

She took great care of our dog and provided a great summary of her care for him letting us know how he was on his walk, refilled his water and played with him and gave him treats. About: I've had dogs my whole life including senior dogs and large dogs. I have experience in drop-in sitting for several days at a time. I've taken care of three small elderly dogs at once, including one that was completely blind and hard of hearing. I'm comfortable walking and bathing larger dogs, as I myself have had a dog over 100 pounds. I do not have professional experience, meaning I've never been paid to dog-sit, but I have been sitting for neighbors and friends for several years. I am a full time university student working part time on my campus! All my classes are scheduled in the morning Monday-Thursday so I’m available after 3 then. Friday-Sunday I can be there for your pets anytime! I do not currently sit in my home, but I do have harnesses and leashes available if you do not already have one. We could discuss whether the leashes and harnesses I own are a good fit for your furry friend! :)

My cats were very comfortable with her. They were relaxed, well fed and their litter box was clean. You can tell it was done on a consistent basis. About: I have cared for pets since I was 7 years old! I currently share my home with two kitties and three dogs. I also have some experience with smaller animals, I've had three Syrian hamsters in the past and have cared of guinea pigs and rabbits in a shelter setting. I've even cared for pigs, goats, and horses before! For my professional credentials, I've worked in animal care for a combined five years. I have cared for hundreds of animals in animal shelter and veterinary clinic settings. From shy and fearful dogs to feral cats, to kittens and puppies, to senior animals. I have cared for animals that need medications and/or special diets. I have experience with leash and barrier reactive dogs, exuberant canines, and leash biters. I have completed dog handling in a shelter and feral and fractious cat handling courses through Maddie's University. And I've assisted in moderating 10-15+ dogs in play groups before! Through these experiences I've become proficient in understanding animal body language, able to identify a variety of possible health issues, and learned how to best keep animals safe and happy. All in all I believe my varied experiences with animals professionally and personally will allow me to provide great care to your pet! This is my primary source of income at this time!
