About: I grew up with dogs around the house. We always had larger dogs so I got very accustomed to their size and strength. About: I have loved animals since I was a baby, I’ve volunteered at shelters and fostered animals of all shapes and sizes. She went above and beyond to make sure Hiro was comfortable and hydrated, even hand-holding his water bowl when he wasn’t drinking enough. She also made sure he was fed properly, got plenty of pets, and even playtime. It was very clear how much she genuinely cared about Hiro’s well-being. On top of being an excellent caregiver, she was flexible, easy to communicate with, and honestly a joy to work with. Her updates were not only thorough but also funny and lighthearted, such as the bonus cat photos always made us smile. We trust her diligence taking care of our dog. We couldn’t recommend her more highly and would absolutely book her again without hesitation!
I contacted Austin last minute to walk Moose, our Basenji. He responded promptly and was extremely friendly and communicative. He always arrived early, except once due to an unforeseen circumstance. He even accommodated adding some feedings in before walking him to help my husband out after his surgery. He was amazing with Moose & it was obvious Moose loved him. We would certainly use Austin again if we had the need. He was excellent!
