“Coco looks forward to her walks with Hayden each week. She is always so excited to see her! We both feel secure with Hayden taking her for walks and sniff fests!”

“Robert was a joy to work with! He was very kind and attentive to everything, setting up a meet and greet prior and giving the walk a small test, while listening to my lengthy info about my pup 😂 He also sent descriptive updates with pictures! I will definitely be rebooking Robert in the future. Thank you, Robert!”

About: Hi, I’m Jenni! I’m passionate about providing top-notch care for your beloved furry friends. With a reputation for reliability, excellent communication skills, and a deep sense of responsibility, I’m here to ensure that your pets receive the care and attention they deserve. I have been taking care of pets for over 10 years, with always being the go to person to take care of friends, family, and neighbors pets when they are away. Over that time I have worked with a lot of different pets and I assure you I can handle it all! If they’re big or small, high energy or low, timid or confident, old or young, I’ve seen it all. When you entrust your pets to me, you can rest assured that they’ll be treated as if they were my own. I believe in open and transparent communication, so you’ll receive regular updates on your pets well-being while you’re away. Whether it’s ensuring they get their medications, exercise, or cuddle time, I’m committed to maintaining their routines and keeping them happy. I do pet sitting full time, so I’m well equipped to maintain your pets usual schedule. When I’m not doing rover I do other gig work that is self scheduled, so there won’t be another job in the way of your pets care. Just let me know what times/days you need and I’m happy to help accommodate! With my schedule being so open, I’m able to put dedicated time into your pets needs. Whatever requests you need or want me to accommodate please don’t hesitate to ask!

“Maddie was super flexible and took my dog, sage on a very long walk. I could tell sage was comfortable with Maddie and she got a lot of energy out on their walk. Maddie arrived on time and was prepared, would book again in the future!”

“Maja is very communicative and responsible! She’s also so caring with our pup. We have a large (and rowdy!) boxer-pit mix, and she’s so great with him. She’s calm, and knows how to handle high energy dogs. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals and has a knack with them. 10/10 recommend!!!”

About: As an experienced pet lover and caregiver, I've had the joy of caring for a wide variety of pets, including cats, birds, fish, and reptiles. With years of hands-on experience in pet care, from walking dogs and house-sitting to babysitting animals, I'm comfortable providing drop-in visits and personalized care for your furry (or scaly!) friends. I’ve also gained valuable animal research skills while earning my Master’s in Biology, ensuring your pets are in safe and knowledgeable hands. Whether it's a casual walk or specialized attention, I’m here to make sure your pets are happy and well cared for. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine as I’m currently taking a gap period from my biology career. During this time, I'm excited to focus on my passion for animals and give them the love and attention they deserve. Caring for pets allows me to stay connected to my interest in animal biology while offering flexible, fulfilling work. I love incorporating pet walks, check-ins, and caregiving into my week, providing dedicated time to ensure each animal is happy and healthy. When caring for pets in my home, I ensure they have a calm, quiet environment since I live in an apartment with no other pets. There's also a yard for safe outdoor time, perfect for supervised play and relaxation. In clients' homes, I follow their specific routines and preferences to make sure their pets feel comfortable and secure. Whether it’s administering medication, providing walks, or giving them attention, I tailor my care to meet each pet’s individual needs.

“Quick response. Met with us and the dogs the following day. Came in when expected. Dogs were walked and happy when we came home. We got pics and a description of their walk. Recommend 100%!”

“Skyla is fantastic with our dogs! We really appreciate her flexibility in working with our schedule and her communication when picking up Lincoln for his walks. Thank you Skyla!”

“Julia was super kind and understanding of my complicated dogs. She seemed knowledgeable and like she cared. She listened very well to all my needs and worked hard to accommodate.”

About: I’ve been lucky enough to grow up around animals my whole life. I have experience with training them to do tricks, bathing, feeding, playing, and of course cuddling. I have two chihuahuas back at home with my parents and a two year old kitten here with me! My kitty Stormi, has multiple health conditions that I’ve been tending to since adopting her. One of my chihuahuas at home has to wear a diaper and the other is elderly and is given medication daily, so I have a wide range of experience with taking extra special care of our pets. I have lots of experience taking care of my own animals and others, as I used to pet sit frequently in highschool and am currently volunteering at PetSmart! Needless to say, I think any time spent around animals is time well spent. I’m currently working at University of Oregon’s Neuroscience Institute, creating programs and workshops for the students to better their well-being and happiness! I typically work 4-6 hours per shift, about 3-5 days a week. Because of this, we need to have met up and confirmed our booking with at least 2 weeks before I’ll be watching your little baby. That way I can rearrange my schedule to best suit them and their schedule! I care for my cat by making sure to play with her as much as possible. Feed her at a consistent time everyday. I give her a bath about every two weeks. I used to clean her litter box everyday, but recently invested in an electric littler box that self cleans (woohoo)! As far as taking care of your baby, I’m extremely detail oriented and good at following directions. I can follow whatever care instructions you’d like me to, to make sure your pet is sticking to their schedule, getting enough play time, outside time, and of course love. I also will make sure to send you lots of updates of what we get up to as well as many pictures so you feel like you’re still with them!

About: For nine years, my friends or family have trusted me to take care of their furry (or scaly) friends when they're away. I have experience working at a doggy daycare with a wide range of dogs (and cats), as well as experience working with elderly and disabled dogs, as well as cats who prefer their space. I am a full-time student, but my hours are very flexible! I don't start classes until September 30, so I will be around nearly 24/7 for your pets! I am highly flexible with addressing your pet's unique social and exercise needs. I am open to taking them to a dog park, taking them on a hike, or whatever activity they enjoy. No worries if your pup is sensitive to other dogs/ children/ cats- I want them to be as comfortable as possible!

“Naiomi rocks. She even walked my boy during a severe rainstorm. They were both soaked. My dog usually doesnt want to be in the rain, but as soon as he saw her he was totally ready to go! He loves his new friend.”

About: I have lived with dogs for most of my life and have been pet and house sitting for the past two years. I really enjoy being around animals and have experience in building trust with more anxious or 'difficult' dogs. I work about 35 hours a week at a sandwich shop (animals love to smell me when I pet sit). My schedule changes depending on the week but I am always available for house sitting and will give full transparency for how often I can be at the house. Feel free to message for specifics on my schedule. Also my days off tend to be Friday and Saturday so I am fully available on those days! I want to ensure your pet has the least stressful experience possible while you are away from home. So I love to help them keep their schedules (long walks, scheduled feedings, dog parks, treats at specific times etc), and relax. I am new to the Rover App but I am not new to dog sitting. I also love taking pictures for families and can send current updates or send a group of photos at the end of your trip!

“Astrid took great care of my pups and helped them be secure and happy while I was out of town. When I’m in town and she walks them, I can tell by the way they greet her what a big treat it is for them to spend time with her. I appreciate Astrid’s sensitivity and creativity and skill in interacting with my two dogs who are quite different from one another in energy level so that they both get their needs met for activity and exercise and affection.”

About: My dogs ARE my kids and never ask to borrow the car! I have had pets all my life. I grew up in a not so traditional house where we had practically a zoo! We had dozens of turtles, amphibians, cats, some birds, and lots of fish. One constant loved one we had in the house was a dog. My main job growing up was to care for, feed, walk (and love!) the family dog. I've taken these responsibilities into adulthood and have had always one furry friend, and currently my wife and I care for two. In the photos on my profile, you can meet my two little ones, Jack is the Chihuahua/terrier mix and Dolly, the Rat Terrier. They get all the love they deserve, multiple walks daily, fed an organic grain free diet, and of course obedience training with treats. When I'm anywhere and theres a dog around, I will want to ask if I can meet them. I have a really special place in my heart for ALL the babies! I am self employed through and though and am able to accomadate just about any schedule. I have a schedule with my own pups and know how important it is to maintain those habits. I also have a housemate and my wife to fill in if I'm unable to walk multiple times a day. I prioritize timing for pets and know they're completely dependent on me. You can expect that same level of care for your furry friends. Depending on you and your pets needs, I can walk, feed, have play time, and sit with your dog in your house. I'm able to stay with them, do drop ins, accommodate if your dog is crate trained, you name it. I know how having a new person in the home can be a little stressful for dogs, but I'll do what ever it takes to keep everyone calm, fed, and exercised. Each pet is a unique and so is how I care for them.

“Kendra took care of my 1 year old golden retriever and I know she was more than cared for. My dog can be a lot to handle because of her age and energy level, but Kendra took her on lots of outings and walks to make sure she was getting what she needed!
