She is a caregiver and all that entails. I was so comfortable from the moment I met her to leave our doggies with her. Both dogs have medical issues that are being addressed with medication and she was so reassuring in the care that she both offered and provided to our dogs. Once again Jennifer is the best! She communicates and responds quickly. Was having issues with the app during my booking and she was very patient with me while I navigate thru the process. Jennifer sends pics of Lucia during her stay which I love as my previous daycare did not.
Jennie was very welcoming, warm, friendly and attentive to our dog on this first-time boarding with her. Jennie’s home is spacious, clean, well planned for hosting pets, and has a good-size yard that is safe for pets. Our dog seemed to feel comfortable with Jennie and her space right away, and seems to have had a great stay. Jennie is a great communicator, she kept us up to date and shared pictures with us throughout our dog’s stay. We and our dog look forward to the next time that we may be able to utilize Jenni’s services and highly recommend her to others.
Eric is an incredible sitter! We left our pup with him for two weeks and felt 100% confident the entire time. Our dog is a high-energy Shepsky but Eric managed to tire her out and navigated her stubbornness personality with total patience. Seeing her so happy allowed us to actually relax on our vacation. We highly recommend Eric for anyone with a "handful" of a dog!
We needed a very last-minute sitter for Dusky, and Tomas was very responsive with our request!! Everything happened very fast from the first contact and meet 'n greet! Our pup loved staying over with Francesca for a few days and we equally loved her watching our pup. Francesca was great sending daily updates with photos and videos of how our pup was adjusting to a new environment. From start to finish her communication was excellent and our pup is already hoping for another slumber party with Francesca!
