“Claudia is phenomenal. She takes great care of Rocky and Murphy and shows great affection for them. It is clear that her concern for the dogs is genuine and sincere. She is also a great communicator which helps me know my dogs are in great hands.”

About: Hi, I’m Mike! If you’re looking for a responsible, mature professional to care for your home and keep your dog’s daily routine perfectly intact while you're away, I would love to help. While I am new to the Rover platform, I have over 30 years of experience as a dedicated dog owner. Currently, my wife and I have two incredible Labrador Retrievers who are truly our third and fourth children. Now that our human kids are grown and out of the house, I'm looking to fill some of my free time by doing what I love most—hanging out with dogs and giving them the dedicated attention they deserve. I specialize in overnight house sitting because I know how much happier and less stressed dogs are when they get to stay in their own environment. Because I’ve raised large, high-energy breeds for decades, I am entirely comfortable managing dogs of all sizes, keeping up with active exercise routines, and maintaining structure. When I watch your dog, they aren't just getting a quick check-in; they're getting a companion and the exact same love, safety, and attention I give my own Labs. I’m excited to give you total peace of mind on your next trip. I can't wait to meet you and your four-legged family members! Working remote from home gives me the opportunity to set my own schedule with with regards to taking care of dogs. I can be available several times throughout each day to drop by for potty breaks, as well as for walks to let them stretch their legs. I'm pretty much available from 7:00 a.m. on, which we can obviously coordinate based on your needs. The big thing for me is to fully understanding your needs and expectations with regards to your dog. Whatever those expectations are, I commit to provide that service and care as if they were my own animals. Our two Labrador Retrievers are my third and fourth child, and I view others' pets as important to them!
“Lindsey was great and I would highly recommend her as a dog walker. She took care of my 19 year old Beagle and gave him his meds and food while we were out. Great job!”

This hands-on experience has given me invaluable insight into the daily joys and challenges of pet ownership, from understanding their unique needs to ensuring their well-being. My commitment to providing the best care for your furry family member is unwavering, and I'm eager to extend the same level of care and attention that I cherished with my own pet. About: What sets us apart is that we’re a husband-and-wife team, giving your pets the benefit of two dedicated caregivers instead of one. This allows for greater flexibility, availability, and attention, while ensuring your pets receive plenty of love, companionship, and care. As pet parents to 4 dogs and 4 cats ourselves, we have experience with pets of all ages, personalities, and needs—from energetic youngsters to senior and medically complex animals. We’re comfortable administering medications, following detailed care instructions, and maintaining the routines that help pets feel safe and comfortable. We understand that leaving your pets with someone else requires trust. That’s why we prioritize communication, reliability, and treating every pet as if they were our own. You’ll receive regular updates and photos, giving you peace of mind while you’re away. For us, pet sitting isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to care for animals we genuinely love. Pet care is a natural part of our daily life. As a husband-and-wife team, we have exceptional flexibility and availability to meet the needs of the pets in our care. Mom works from home, and Dad is currently between jobs, which means we can provide frequent attention, potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding schedules, medication administration, and plenty of companionship throughout the day. We also have two responsible teenagers who are passionate animal lovers and have grown up caring for our family’s pets. While all pet care remains our responsibility, having extra helping hands available allows us to provide even more attention, exercise, playtime, and affection when needed. Because there are two adult caregivers in our household, overnight care is never a challenge. Whether your pet needs a consistent routine, extra supervision, medication, or simply lots of love and companionship, we can work together to ensure their needs are met. Our home revolves around animals, and we genuinely enjoy spending time with them. Caring for pets isn’t something we fit into our schedule—it’s already a part of our everyday life. When caring for pets in their own home, our goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. We know that pets are often most comfortable in familiar surroundings, so we take the time to learn their schedules, preferences, and any special instructions before care begins. We treat every home with the same respect we would our own and are happy to bring in mail, water plants, adjust lights, and help maintain your home’s normal routine while you’re away. You’ll receive regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for. Most importantly, we’ll care for your pets like they’re part of our own family—providing the love, patience, and attention they deserve until you return home.

About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and can’t remember a time when pets weren’t part of my family! ❤️ I currently have three very spoiled four-legged children of my own, so I completely understand how important it is to know your babies are safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, lizards, hamsters, fish, and pets of all ages and personalities. I have experience with everything from energetic puppies—including puppy training and reinforcing good habits—to senior pets who may need a little extra patience, attention, and TLC. 🐾 Whether your pet needs walks and playtime, snuggles and companionship, or simply a dependable person to love on them while you’re away, I’ll treat them like one of my own! My two-legged children are grown and independent, which means I have plenty of flexibility to care for your four-legged ones! 🐾 My schedule allows me to accommodate daytime visits, walks, evenings, weekends, and overnight care when needed. I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine because I know consistency helps them feel comfortable and happy while you’re away. Safety, trust, and lots of love are always my priorities! 🐾 I care for every pet the same way I care for my own—with plenty of attention, affection, patience, and respect for their individual needs and routines. I’m very mindful of things like secure doors, leashes, feeding instructions, medications, and making sure pets are never put in an unsafe situation. I also know that every animal is different. Some want to play and be your best friend immediately, while others need a little time and space to feel comfortable. I’ll always follow your pet’s lead and do everything I can to create a calm, happy, and healthy environment while you’re away. And of course, you can expect plenty of updates and pictures so you know your babies are safe and being well loved! ❤️

About: I have always loved dogs and I have decided that I want to be around dogs in my free time because it makes me happy! I am a soon to be retired school teacher and want to spend my time now with animals especially dogs! For the next 10 months I will be still working my teacher schedule and would like to get a head start on my next venture. I would be available for dog sitting on weekends and dog walks after 3pm during the work week and anytime over weekends. I have always had a dog growing up and very lovingly cared for my own dogs for the last 31 years. I enjoy being around all dogs. When I retire I would also like to volunteer somewhere for dogs. Again, for the next 10 months, I will still be working my teacher schedule and I will be available during the work week after 3 PM for dog walks or drop ins and during the weekend for overnights. I also would be available for some of my school breaks. I have a fenced in backyard and one dog named Lina. She is medium sized and very friendly with other dogs. I would love to love on your fur baby.
“Ashlee is an incredibly caring sitter and walker. She communicates often and lets me know if something doesn’t seem right with my pup. She also has gone out of her way to check in when my pup is sick and has the ability to administer medication. She has been so great and my pup loves her. I highly recommend Ashlee. She is responsible, caring, and an overall wonderful person. She is by far the best walker I’ve had so far.”

About: Hello! My name is Kenzie, and I’m a zookeeper with a lifelong passion for animals of all kinds! Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of species, with giraffes being my specialty. Working in animal care has taught me the importance of adaptability, patience, and individualized care. I have extensive experience with daily care and feeding, administering medications, following medical procedures, and safely relocating animals when needed. I love knowing all the little quirks that make your baby unique, what kind of scratches they like, which toys are their favorite etc. The more I know about their needs the more fun we can have together! Above all, I have a huge heart for animals and make their comfort, safety, and individual needs my top priority. I’m available for flexible drop-in visits as well as dog walking, and I would love the opportunity to care for your critters like they’re my own! I am very flexible with my schedule and do my best to accommodate the needs of both my clients and their critters! I’m happy to work around your schedule and find a routine that works best for you and your pet, while always making sure they receive the time, attention, and care they deserve. At home, I’m also a proud cat mom to two rescue cats, each with their own unique health needs that I manage alongside them. I’m especially passionate about choice-based and cooperative care, and I bring that same philosophy to every animal I work with. I’m very comfortable caring for nervous or shy animals and will always respect their boundaries and give them space when they need it. On the other hand, I’m a big animal lover, so if your critter is looking for some extra cuddles and affection, I’m always happy to oblige!
About: Hi, my name is Tessa and I am 29 years old with a bachelors of science in biology from Penn State University. I have been an animal lover ever since I was little and have grown myself professionally in the animal field over the last several years! I am a trained professional in administering medication via orally and through injection, therefore, if your pet needs any medication I will not have an issue administering it. I have cared for dogs of all sizes from Chihuahuas to Great Danes, thus, the size and breed of your dog is irrelevant to me. I have owned dogs who were partially blind, completely deaf, had autoimmune diseases and one in which had epilepsy. Special needs pets and reactive pets are welcome in my care. If you are looking for a responsible, knowledgeable animal caretaker- look no further! My schedule is currently completely open on Saturdays and Sundays when it comes to making sure your fur baby is well cared for from 6:00am-11:30pm. When walking your pup, rest assured, they will be leashed at all times. If you would like off leash exercise for your dog, we will remain in a secured area for the safety of your dog.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
