About: Hi, I’m Mike! If you’re looking for a responsible, mature professional to care for your home and keep your dog’s daily routine perfectly intact while you're away, I would love to help. ​While I am new to the Rover platform, I have over 30 years of experience as a dedicated dog owner. Currently, my wife and I have two incredible Labrador Retrievers who are truly our third and fourth children. Now that our human kids are grown and out of the house, I'm looking to fill some of my free time by doing what I love most—hanging out with dogs and giving them the dedicated attention they deserve. ​I specialize in overnight house sitting because I know how much happier and less stressed dogs are when they get to stay in their own environment. Because I’ve raised large, high-energy breeds for decades, I am entirely comfortable managing dogs of all sizes, keeping up with active exercise routines, and maintaining structure. ​When I watch your dog, they aren't just getting a quick check-in; they're getting a companion and the exact same love, safety, and attention I give my own Labs. ​I’m excited to give you total peace of mind on your next trip. I can't wait to meet you and your four-legged family members! Working remote from home gives me the opportunity to set my own schedule with with regards to taking care of dogs. I can be available several times throughout each day to drop by for potty breaks, as well as for walks to let them stretch their legs. I'm pretty much available from 7:00 a.m. on, which we can obviously coordinate based on your needs. The big thing for me is to fully understanding your needs and expectations with regards to your dog. Whatever those expectations are, I commit to provide that service and care as if they were my own animals. Our two Labrador Retrievers are my third and fourth child, and I view others' pets as important to them!

About: Hello Pet Owners, I work from home most days and have plenty of time for drop ins, walks and overnight stays. I will do my best to make time away from your pets as stress free as possible. I have experience administering medications if needed. I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs. I am available weekdays and weekends. Being away from your pet is stressful and I’m here to make it easier knowing your pet is in good hands. I will keep your pets as close as possible based on their needs. Communication is key and will provide updates and photos at least twice a day

About: I have been a lifelong cat owner, along with years of experience, pet sitting, boarding, and fostering through local animal rescues. I have a flexible, work from home schedule, and am reliable, communicative, and trustworthy. I will take care of your pet like it was my own. I work from home and have a flexible work schedule Monday - Friday. Most weekends are available. Mid day drop in visits or walks are possible too. I make sure the front door is closed before leaving the house. Change the water and feed the dog if requested. Keeping the dog safe during walks is important to me.

About: I have always loved caring for pets! When my childhood dog, Rusty, passed away 11 years ago, I adopted my sweet Zazu. I grew up caring for all of the neighborhood pets and turned it into a side business a few years ago! Most of my clients have moved away or moved to working from home now though, so I am excited to make new furry (or fluffy, feathered, what have you) friends! I am currently at home all day! I can take your baby to the park, on frequent walks, etc. My full time responsibility is making sure your pup is safe, relaxed, and entertained! I live in a cozy pet-loving neighborhood with a fenced in backyard. I am happy to leave your baby in the crate or roaming free in the rare case that I am gone. My dog is sweet and mild-mannered, but also gets along with playful pups! She is shy at first and might hide for an hour or two, but she always ends up best friends with other animals! I call her the “cat whisperer” because she has a weird talent for befriending even the meanest cats!

About: I have always loved dogs and I have decided that I want to be around dogs in my free time because it makes me happy! I am a soon to be retired school teacher and want to spend my time now with animals especially dogs! For the next 10 months I will be still working my teacher schedule and would like to get a head start on my next venture. I would be available for dog sitting on weekends and dog walks after 3pm during the work week and anytime over weekends. I have always had a dog growing up and very lovingly cared for my own dogs for the last 31 years. I enjoy being around all dogs. When I retire I would also like to volunteer somewhere for dogs. Again, for the next 10 months, I will still be working my teacher schedule and I will be available during the work week after 3 PM for dog walks or drop ins and during the weekend for overnights. I also would be available for some of my school breaks. I have a fenced in backyard and one dog named Lina. She is medium sized and very friendly with other dogs. About: I’ve taken care of large animals to small animals for majority of my life from living on a farm. I have the skill set to work with a wide variety of different breeds of dogs. I’m currently self employed, allowing myself to have a wide variety of availability. I currently am offering weekday walks and open availability for dog sitting periods. I have many years of experience. Specifically I have been a dog sitter for 10 years and have reliable references to provide upon request. About: I don’t think there’s a better feeling than making sure a pup gets the love and care that they need. Dogs provide emotional support their very loyal and loving and I give them the same love back. I’ve had a ton of experience with pups and getting to do more dog sitting is a great opportunity for me to make that happen! I do have a lot of experience with the dogs I've had one since elementary school. I had a dog and we used to go everywhere together and had a lot of fun. I have rescued a pregnant dog and kept it through the birthing process and fostered dogs also help on the weekends with a rescue lady to get homeless dogs adopted. I’m very used to making sure pups are happy and well taken care of! I don't have any policies around breed preferences or anything like that. I just need an understanding of all of the needs that need to be met for the animal and make sure that that's done in a loving and safe environment. I always like to make sure that both owners and pups are completely comfortable and happy, so getting to know as much as possible about your pup is very important to me. I’m currently working part time with another pet sitting company and I have my own private clients but I will do my best to fill your pet care needs. The safety of your pet and home are my #1 priority. I will treat your pet and home as if it were mine. I love spending time with animals.

About: Hi, my name is Tessa and I am 29 years old with a bachelors of science in biology from Penn State University. I have been an animal lover ever since I was little and have grown myself professionally in the animal field over the last several years! I am a trained professional in administering medication via orally and through injection, therefore, if your pet needs any medication I will not have an issue administering it. I have cared for dogs of all sizes from Chihuahuas to Great Danes, thus, the size and breed of your dog is irrelevant to me. I have owned dogs who were partially blind, completely deaf, had autoimmune diseases and one in which had epilepsy. Special needs pets and reactive pets are welcome in my care. If you are looking for a responsible, knowledgeable animal caretaker- look no further! My schedule is currently completely open on Saturdays and Sundays when it comes to making sure your fur baby is well cared for from 6:00am-11:30pm. When walking your pup, rest assured, they will be leashed at all times. If you would like off leash exercise for your dog, we will remain in a secured area for the safety of your dog.
