As pet parents to 4 dogs and 4 cats ourselves, we have experience with pets of all ages, personalities, and needs—from energetic youngsters to senior and medically complex animals. We’re comfortable administering medications, following detailed care instructions, and maintaining the routines that help pets feel safe and comfortable. We understand that leaving your pets with someone else requires trust. That’s why we prioritize communication, reliability, and treating every pet as if they were our own. We also have two responsible teenagers who are passionate animal lovers and have grown up caring for our family’s pets. About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals from dogs to cats and even rats. I have pet-sat for neighbors and family since I was 15 and 3 cats of my own at home. I have also dealt with animals with special needs including my family dog that has seizures and another family dog that is deaf, blind and has to receive insulin injections after every meal. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
