“This is our 3rd time having Cali take care of our fur babies and home. She does a fantastic job, pays close attention to details and provides daily updates with photos. Highly recommend her services!”

“I am thrilled with finding Nicole to take care of Daisy! She does an amazing job and is great at communicating and sending pics after each visit. We will definitely be using her again.”

“Nick and Dorothy did a great job taking care of our home and our English Mastiff Oley. We got lots of pictures and updates while we were gone. The house was left in a very clean and orderly fashion.”

About: We are an active family with 3 children (and one on the way) who love to play outside, take long walks, and even run with our dog. Animals are well-loved in our home and welcome on the furniture. I would love to include your pet in any exercise needs as well! We are available for walking pets before 8 am and after 4:30 p.m. every day. I can also do mid-day drop-ins if located in the Wausau area (best if northeast side of Wausau as I work in the Industrial park or near Merrill since my husband works there). We have a 2000 sq foot house, so there is plenty of room for more pets to house overnight. My kids absolutely love playing ball and walking the dog, too! We have an energetic black lab who loves to play. I believe in being active and playing as much as possible with my family (but am totally ok watching dogs who love to nap :) ).
“1st time having someone other then family watch our doggies. Josh made everything easy and was perfect with our dogs. They loved him. Josh sent us pictures while we were away and it just made us at ease. He communicated fast. Will honestly ask him again in the future.”

“Krystle is nothing short of phenomenal! She took on the challenge of an extended stay with my recently-rescued Shepherd. She was patient with his separation anxiety, sent frequent photos and updates and because of her warm personality and ability to connect with my furry guy — I had zero concerns while I was away.”

“This was Ashley’s first time taking care of Annie and all was well. Annie can be fearful and timid but Ashley made sure Annie had everything she needed while I was out of town for a wedding.”

About: I have experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Ever since I was young I’ve had a dog in the house, to me your dog is your family and I strive to treat all my animals like family members. As of now I have a pretty open schedule including weekends. As for drop in visits I prefer to keep them in the Wausau area I can provide a crate/kennel for your dog if needed. I have a French Bulldog that is very high energy and excited when new people/dogs arrive, he is very vocal but he is friendly. He is more standoffish with people but does great with dogs. He is up to date on vaccinations and neutered. I have a large partially fenced in yard.As far as drop in visits I am able to make 2-3 visits a day to your home.
About: I grew up with a variety of pets, and I thoroughly love all kinds of animals! My family had a dog about 19years, and we took care of him from puppy years to old age. I have my own dog, Roxy a collie mix, who I raised by myself from 4mo old and she has learned so much! I am a travel nurse so I’m not from the area and I am free any day that I’m not working! I typically do 3 - 12hr night shifts. Since I am not from the area I cannot take animals into my own place, but I am very flexible and willing to accommodate any way that is needed for you and your pet's needs.

I work full time from 8am-5pm but have the ability to take breaks for drop in visits. I am more than happy to work around this schedule. I have a fenced in yard and a playful and friendly mini dachshund of my own to keep your dog company while you are away. “Lindsey watched Ellie for an entire week while we were on vacation and she did an outstanding job! Ellie loves long walks and she got plenty it seems like when Lindsey was watching her.”

About: My experience consists of senior animals and animals who require a little more time and attention. I take care of pets with very specific requirements such as giving daily oral medications, or only liking one flavor of the kibble in their bowl which requires me to pick out the pieces. Regardless if your pet needs a lot to even just a companion, I strive to build a good relationship with each animal I care for. I currently work nights without a set schedule and every other weekend, so I will be readily available for your pet sitting needs! I have a flexible schedule so please don’t hesitate to ask if I’m available and I will help you if I can! It would be a pleasure for me to feed your animal, take them for walks, play with them, give them companionship, keep their brain stimulated, brush them, crate them if necessary and more. I understand everyone has specific preferences with their pets so I will do my best to accommodate their specific needs. My goal is to keep your pet happy, yet safe!
About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for over a decade and have experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. My services include dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight house sitting, and I always treat every pet as if they were my own. In addition to caring for pets for family, friends, and clients, I recently provided ongoing care for a dog twice a week over several months. I’ve worked with both small and large dogs, as well as a variety of cats, and have experience handling different energy levels, temperaments, and routines. As a former cat foster, I’m especially attentive to each animal’s individual needs and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and compassionate care. Whether your pet needs a long walk, playtime, companionship, feeding, medication reminders, or simply a reassuring presence while you’re away, I’m committed to keeping them safe, happy, and comfortable. My goal is to provide reliable, loving care and give you peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands.
