2. Rhonda C.
“We could not have been more pleased with Rhonda watching our 2 girls. She arrived on time, sent us pictures of how everything was going, and engaged with our girls. I would highly recommend Rhonda to watch your pets.”

4. Kayla C.
“I am so glad that I found Rover. I read the reviews and was lucky to find Kayla. She stayed at our house. She sent me messages and photos of Aspen thru out her stay. Aspen looked so happy and calm. She also sent videos with Kayla playing Aspen’s favorite games of fetch and him working a challenge game of find the treats. I cannot express how thankful I am for the love, cuddles and the attention she gave my little boy.”
5. Renee S.
“Renee did an excellent job caring for our little fur babies Bodhi (dog) & Luna (cat). Her response time to my last minute request was so quick - we had a meet-n-greet booked in just moments. And, during her stay in our home she followed all requested guidelines & provided us with photos to put us at ease. She even left us a hand-written thank you note upon our return home. I fully recommend her services!”
6. Patti B.
“I highly recommend Patti as a pet caregiver for Rover. Over several years, I had the pleasure of watching her care for my three pets—two cats and a tripod dog—with extraordinary compassion and skill. She would often step in for extended periods while I was away traveling, handling everything from feeding routines to medical needs. Patti is highly experienced in administering various types of medication, including tablets, capsules, fish oil, and insulin shots for cats, which she learned while caring for a diabetic neighbor's pet. She’s also attentive to any prescription diet guidelines, ensuring pets get exactly what they need, but she’s more than happy to give them plenty of snacks and treats where they’re allowed. My dog, a tripod, also has special needs; Patti knows how to apply his carpal brace for walks and has experience trimming both cat and dog nails—a task she handles with a calm confidence that puts pets at ease. She even switched to a less comfortable bed herself to ensure my dog could rest where he felt most secure. In addition to her extensive experience with older pets, Patti has cared for puppies and is well-versed in their energy and needs. Throughout her life, she has looked after a wide range of animals, including bunnies, mice, hamsters, fish, and of course, cats and dogs. One of the best endorsements of her warmth and dedication is my dog’s reaction whenever he hears we’re heading over to Patti’s house—he jumps around with excitement, knowing he’s in for some quality time and love. Although she isn’t a fan of reptiles, snakes, or spiders, she is wonderfully suited to caring for most household pets with love, attentiveness, and expertise. Patti would be an asset to any pet family on Rover. Her dedication and warmth make her a standout caretaker who genuinely prioritizes the well-being and comfort of the pets in her care.”
7. Lara H.
About: I have always been an animal lover and have had a critter family my entire life. Growing up my household was always the first house you'd call if you were trying to find a pet a good home. (Cats/Rabbits/Dogs) and of course I married into a three dog minimum family (Cats/Dogs). I have three of my own little fur babies and one scale baby. (Dogs/Gecko) Each with their own personality and demands. If you want pictures I got um, it's like 120% of my camera roll. Senior care is something I've had to go through personally we lost our Ridgeback (Jack) in 2021. It was months of dressing/cleaning wounds, accidents, pills, special food prep, lifting up and down before we had to make the call no Dog Parent wants to make. I understand how important that extra care is regarding your babies. We as humans have to be their advocates. Two of my dogs are what are considered "fighting breeds" although mine are HUUUUUUGE babies who CANNOT sleep without blankets and Squishmallows, I understand they were GMO'ed for POWER and DAMAGE. Learning how to prevent and break up dog fights safety is something I've made a goal to learn. Just in case. Your dogs are high energy, good. I need to get my steps in. The best cardio workout buddy is one with four legs and the zoomies. For a better grip on walks I use a duo leash with a "water ski style" handle. I like to use a leash with the two points of attachment. Nobody is slipping out of their collar or harness on my watch. I have a very flexible schedule and like many millenials before me I am always looking for something productive I can do with my free time. Getting to hangout with cool animals and getting paid for it. Can the math get any easier. I also am a Rover user and have met some amazing sitters using this app. I hold the same standard and care I would expect from the sitters that I hire. Pet Parent to Pet Parent. I love learning new things and that includes everything there is to know about your lil' guy or gal. I am very good at communicating when I have questions.
8. Melissa W.
About: I've cared for many pets over the years. Care has included administering medication, walking, bathing, nail trims, vet drop offs, keeping them company, and more. I truly enjoy spending time with animals. Currently my work schedule ends shortly after noon, leaving me the afternoon to check on pets or provide overnight care. At this time, I also have weekends off so am available for weekend care as well. Care for your pet in home is decided by you! If there are off limits areas or things you need done while away, I'm happy to accommodate and respect your privacy and requests. I was a personal assistant for 5 years, so discretion is invaluable.
9. Ashley J.
“Ashley is a great per sitter! She works very hard to keep her clients and their pets happy and their minds at ease. She goes above and beyond to care for other's pets! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!”
10. Chayce F.
“Chayce is amazing with her own pets and loves them dearly. Growing up she was always an animal lover. She is the kind of person who would do anything for animals no matter what. I know your pets would be completely safe and well taken care of it she got the chance to care for them! She has 2 cats and one new puppy so has experience with both. We grew up on a farm and had just about any animal you could imagine.”
11. Megan G.
“We are very thankful to have met Megan and Patrick! They were very flexible, scheduled last minute (thank you again), understanding on how to car for our older pup, very transparent, and sent lots of pictures! Most importantly they realized how important Bella means to us and took care of her exactly how we asked! We are looking forward to scheduling again soon❤️”
12. Nodia I.
“She did a wonderful job of keeping me informed and making my fur babies comfortable while I was away.”
13. Hunter M.
“Hunter is amazing! She is super sweet and treats tour dog just like her own! She kept me updated the whole time we were gone! She even sent me pictures! I will definitely be reaching out to her again for our future trips!”
14. Stephanie R.
“Thank you so much, saved my vacation!”
15. Hanna D.
“Hanna was incredible with my dog. She picked her up from her grooming appointment, sent picture validation and her communication was spectacular. She has watched my dog several times and I’m half worried my dog would choose her as a mother, over me. Hanna is very communicative, dependable and loving. All the best qualities of a rover extraordinaire. Thanks Hanna!”
16. Challis P.
About: I've grown up with pets my whole life - dogs, cats, cows, horses, hamsters, mice, you name it I probably had it at one point. I have a dog of my own as well. I like to say I've had animal experience my whole life, but formally I have had over 8 years of experience in the animal care industry. I have spent time in veterinary clinics, grooming, boarding, doggy daycare, dog training, permanent sanctuaries, rehabilitation facilities, and farms. I have also fostered multiple dogs from a local rescue. I recently earned a degree in animal science and have plans to attend veterinary school. I really really love animals and everything about them, and I would love to spend some time with your pet when you're not able to! I take my dog for two walks a day, a shorter 10-15 minute walk in the morning, and longer 30-45 minute walk after work in the afternoon. On days I am not working, I go on multiple short walks a day. There are paths I walk for both off-leash and on-leash walking. Typical available days are T-F. Weekends vary. Outdoor activities (walks, meeting friends dogs, swimming, fetch, etc.) are my primary methods of exercise and activity with my pet, and would be with clients pets as well. On days it's not so nice I like to work on training inside or find new enrichment activities to keep my pet occupied. I take pride in keeping a pet environment clean, so I regularly bathe and brush my dog, as well as clean food bowls. I will care for my clients pets as I would care for my own.
17. Riley H.
“I've loved having Riley watch my pets! She always sent plenty of updates and always followed my care instructions to the T. The only reason I don't use Riley as my regular sitter any longer is because we moved. Finding someone who watches my pets with the same level of care as myself has been impossible. I highly recommend Riley to anyone who's needing someone to watch their animals.”
18. Kaitlyn K.
“Kaitlyn was amazing. Kept us very informed our entire trip. I felt at ease having my puppies taken care of by her. I would love to have her watch our girls again.”
19. Amy H.
“Amy was just what we needed for Molly and Arthur! She stayed with them for the whole time we were gone. She’s incredibly intuitive of their personalities and what they need almost immediately! She’s totally focused on our babies needs, playing, exercising and most importantly loving them! We don’t expect newbie’s to be able to walk them both but she volunteered and accomplished it with no problem! Great example of excellent experience we highly recommend!!! Love you Amy! Thank you!”
20. Olivia B.
“Olivia is AMAZING! She took such great care of our little dog and sent us all the photos! She was so communicative, helpful, kind, and did everything for our dog exactly as asked. This included our elaborate feeding directions. We are so lucky and appreciative of all Olivia did for us and can’t wait to work with her again. She really loves our dog and treated her like a little princess baby and for that we are so grateful. Also, her house was clean and safe, there was nothing around for our dog to get into! If you are looking for a dog sitter, look no further!”
