About: I have two rescues at home who I adore. I would love to spend my summer break caring for your beloved pups! I have a calm demeanor and I am open to all breed types. I am looking for a flexible schedule this summer while I work towards getting my driver's license. I am not taking any summer classes, so my availability is very open. In a client's home, I would give all my attention to your dog(s) and follow all given instructions for care. I am happy to walk, play with, feed, and give belly rubs to your good girl or boy. About: Hi my name is Miriam! I love animals from dogs to cats to snakes to hamsters.🩷🩵 I’ve been helping care for dogs and cats since I was young. Especially for this one woman who my parents had known since they moved into the neighborhood at the time of my birth. She had 3 dogs and 2 cats (and 2 fish). I would walk them however many times a week she needed, more than usual when I was on breaks from school. I would occasionally dog/cat-sit at her house but not overnight. The dogs ranged from age 5-15, Tristan “the middle child” I remember the best and he was the biggest and most energetic of the three. I thoroughly enjoyed my time taking care of her animals! My elementary school had us take care of a hamster as a class and my middle school (same school) had us take care of two bunnies and raise baby chickens as a class as well. A summer camp I went to for 4-5 consecutive summers, Brown Academy, had time carved out for us to spend time with a variety of animals. I was also usually in that classroom during my free time as well. I cat-sat for a family in my neighborhood as well last year over the summer, brother cats in their teen years (SO CUTE). I also recently just finished dog sitting for a family friend who lives 15 minutes away in Old Town. She has two Shih Tzus who I made sure to walk twice a day, keep fed, clean, and play with during that week. :) I have always had a passion for animals, I believe they are so beautiful and deserve the world, I hope you will consider me to care for yours! I am a university student on summer break which ends August 20th! I currently don't have a job and am looking for animal care opportunities! Upon being given instructions pertaining to where your dog can and can't go, do or eat I will make sure to abide by those. I am quick on my feet when it comes to solving any problems that may pop up. I will also be in good communication with you depending on how often and in what way you would like to be updated/informed and I will strive to connect to you and your pets!

About: I have been living in Virginia for about 10 years now, I am originally from California. I Like to spend my spare time outside enjoying the warm sunny weather. I currently have two Italian greyhounds ❤️. I do have experience living with cats and dogs. I decided to help people that have a cat or dog, and just need a little bit of help taking care of their fur babies. I adore cats, my childhood cat lived 15 years and she received nothing but love and warm milk. I also enjoy Running on the trail on George Washington parkway. I am a stay at home dog owner so my schedule is OPEN! My hours during the week don’t fluctuate much if you would like to know more on that let me know! I feed my dogs at 9am, 1pm and 5pm. Outside of that I’m flexible since I am home majority of the day. Let me know if this is helpful. I treat my pets as if they were my children. I make sure they have treats walks and pee breaks throughout the day outside of their feeding times.

About: I have taken care of dogs from puppies to old senior since I was a kid. I have owned three dogs, and I help with the care of dogs within my family. I work full-time however I am off during the summertime. I can work on weekends depending on the days and times and I am very flexible with different days. For dog walks, I take care of walking my dogs seriously and in their best interest. I make sure the dogs get at least one walk a day and make sure that they are fed and well cared and loved.

About: I have taken care of both cats and dogs but in recent years I have been taking care of more dogs than cats! I own a Bernese mountain dog who is 8 years old! I have a very flexible schedule currently and I am available to work any day of the week! My times lean towards later in the day but can come early if needed! I can come in multiple times a day to let out and feed pets. Any other requirements I can also do such as dog walking or giving medication.
