“Alexa and Alex were amazing! Great communicators and were very accommodating. They were flexible with pickup/drop off times, they helped a bit with crate training and separation training. They even offered to meet in person first to make sure Mabel was comfortable with them and Shay. But most importantly, Alexa and Alex were so sweet to Mabel and I could see by photos that Mabel was very happy being with them, in their home. Mabel and Shay were such best friends and were always so excited to see each other! I will always go to Alexa and Alex (and Shay) first for any babysitter needs in the future! 10/10!!!”

About: Hello Fur Baby Families, I am a retired elementary school monitor and a "Grammy" to six grandchildren,their dogs and to my three friendly rescues. Betty, Nancy,and Weeza have a fun and safe outdoor fenced in space, full run of our "Pooch-Proof" home. There are plenty of toys, bed, love, and treats ( as many as your pet parents allow) including fresh homemade jerky. For many years we shared our home with Lucy who was a diabetic rescue We educated ourselves on her special needs including insulin injections. We would love to have your Fur baby/babies over for a playdate or a sleepover. They will receive love and care just as if they were at their "Grammy's" house. **Please note I prefer taking dogs under **25 lbs.** I am available 24/7 for day stay or extended stay. I am fully retired and available to give you piece of mind when you are away from your furry friend. Our rescues are part of our family. Our home is "Pooch-Proof" inside and out. I have a relationship with the rescue agencies who have approve my home for doggie care.

About: I am a animal lover who works from home. I have done pet sitting and animal rescue for the past 17 years, I have been a foster home for countless dogs and cats of all ages and breeds throughout the years. I have experience with special needs pets requiring medication and specialized care. I have a small fenced in yard, since I work from home your pet will never be left unattended. My goal is for your pet to feel like they are in a second home when with me. I work from home so your pets will have me with them all day. If I do need to run errands during the day I am never gone for longer then an hour at a time. I have a small fenced in yard where dogs can be off leash and of course I am able to proved leashed walk as well. I do have 2 very friendly small bred dogs of my own.

About: I’ve been so lucky to have had multiple dogs to care for over the years, caring for them from the puppy stage through their senior years. I met my husband a few years ago because of the dogs I’d rescued as he is a veterinary doctor with over a decade of experience. Together, we have rehabilitated multiple dogs and found good homes for them. We are animal lovers and have our own fur baby, but there is always plenty of love to go around for these angels on earth. 🩷 I am home everyday and available to provide quality care for your fur babies. I have an 8-year old terrier who is very friendly and loves dog friends. I walk him everyday for at least 30 minutes in the park behind our house, and I would be happy to walk your dog with him. Walking is a great physical and mental workout for dogs! However, I understand that each dog has its own lifestyle and I am happy to cater to it in accordance with your instructions. My backyard is not fenced in, but my parents’ house is 4 minutes away and I use their big fenced-in yard to let my dog run freely and play fetch, as well as to play with his pup friends. If you authorize it, I could use the space for your pup too, otherwise, on-leash walks in the park are great!

About: Hello! I love all dogs, no matter what shape or size! I’d love to help out and give your dog the love and attention he/she needs during the week and on weekends when you’re not around! I live in a safe neighborhood where I could take your dog for plenty of long walks. I had a pug for about 17 years growing up, and now I have a miniature goldendoodle puppy named Penny. Penny is an energetic, playful, loving puppy who all of the dogs in our complex hope to see on their walks. Penny is spayed, and is currently in advanced training at petsmart. Her next step will be therapy training classes! Having a dog around is always such a mood booster, so I am open to any loving dogs! I have no preference for breed or age. No matter the dog, they will be taken care of and loved! I am currently working full time from my apartment so I have plenty of time and accessibility to check in on or walk your furry friends. I make sure that they have my complete attention. I am always keeping an eye on where they are in the house or what they are doing. Safety is very important to me.

“Barbara was just great for Maddie. She made sure Maddie got plenty of relief breaks, especially on the very miserable days of rain, and Barbara’s home at the end of a no exit street meant Maddie was always safe. Rainy days were spent curled up on the sofa, and there were treats too. There were walks in the forest and by the river, which Maddie loves. Maddie clearly enjoyed her 3 days, enabling us to sight see in NYC without worry. Generously, Barbara dropped us at the rail station when she collected Maddie, and picked us up again. She was really flexible with my dates, which I couldn’t confirm until the last minute, and even then had to alter them. She was also friendly, chatty and warm, a pleasure to meet her.”
