She enjoys long walks with her dog friends and playing with her human brothers and sisters. Scrappy is a 14 year old Westie/ Bischon Frise mix who enjoys snuggles from his family and his bed. He is blind but navigates and acts like he can see. I did have a third fur baby that crossed the rainbow bridge last year as he lost his fight with cancer. About: I have been dog sitting for a couple years already, I love to dog watch and have 2 fur babies of my own! Both of my dogs are predominantly pit bull so I am super comfortable handling bigger dogs or even dogs with attitudes. Family friends trust me to care for their pets while they are gone and I will always care for other pets as if they are my own. I love animals and if theres any other animals other than cats or dogs feel free to reach out! I used to have ball python and also know how to care for reptiles. I am currently still looking for employment so my hours are super flexible! I occasionally will have appointments but besides that I will normally always be available. It all depends on your own preference, I can always drop in to either feed or walk your pets. If you really wanted I could also bathe your pets or I could just stay at your house while you’re gone. For many years we shared our home with Lucy who was a diabetic rescue We educated ourselves on her special needs including insulin injections. I provide very personalized care and only board one guest dog at a time, or two dogs from the same family. There are no children or other pets in my home, so your dog gets plenty of individual attention in a calm home environment. Your dog isn't just staying at my house, they become part of my everyday life while they're with me. At home, dogs are welcome to make themselves comfortable. They can sleep in my bed, curl up on the couch, or choose a therapeutic dog bed if they prefer their own quiet space. For food motivated dogs, I have five different dog puzzles and enjoy playing "find the treats" and other enrichment games. We also have a fenced yard for supervised play and relaxing outside. Most days include 3–4 walks, ranging from a quick 10-minute potty walk to a 30–45 minute adventure. Depending on what your dog enjoys, we may explore Peekskill's riverfront parks, walk around the neighborhood, or head to nearby wooded trails. For dogs who love water, swimming adventures may also be an option. Because I like having my guest dogs with me, they are rarely left home alone. Dogs staying with me should be comfortable riding in the car and enjoy being around people. They may join me for a visit to the horse farm where I board my horse or relax with me while I visit friends. If your dog needs someone present most of the day and cannot comfortably be left for more than about two hours, I may still be able to accommodate them with extended-care house sitting at $185 per night. I require a meet-and-greet before accepting a new boarding or house-sitting client so we can make sure your dog and I are a great match. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work part-time at a dog daycare and also work from home as a self-employed bookkeeper and real estate agent. My schedule is flexible, and I can choose which days I work at the daycare, allowing me to plan around the dogs in my care. After coming home from work, I feed them dinner and spend some time brushing and playing with them. I then clean the litter box before going to bed and repeat the next day. I have socket covers to prevent them from playing in it and make sure to cover all wires so they don’t think they are toys.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life, I have owned and cared for multiple breeds of dogs and cats, big and small, and been a pet sitter for friends and family on and off for the last 10 years. As a result of my experience as a pet parent and sitter I am very comfortable with most breeds. I also have limited experience training full grown dogs as well as puppies. I work from home full time as a software engineer, so I am available for walks as well as check-ins and house or pet sitting every day. Although I am working, I have very few meetings during the week and no set work schedule, so I can remain attentive and take plenty of walk and play breaks during the day. I am also available for boarding on a case by case basis. As I mentioned, although I am working during the day, I am able to remain attentive all day and have plenty of time to spare for walks and play breaks during the day. I am available to house or dog sit in your home as long as I can be provided with an acceptable internet connection. I am also able to dog sit at my home. I have a fenced in yard as well as a very friendly, calm and well behaved Cavapoo that will be happy to have a friend for the day if they are comfortable with other dogs. If they are not, It is not a problem to keep them separated.
About: I’ve had pets most of my life, I love animals and being outdoors. I’ve also rescued a few animals and have taken care of my friends and family’s pets before. I have a open schedule so wether it’s just checking or going for walks you can be sure your pet will revive the same care as my own. In general I keep them safe especially when it comes to my friends or clients. I make sure they are feed, watered, exercised, played with and most importantly they are loved.

About: My son wants to walk your dog! He’s taken care of dogs and cats, is great for drop ins to give food, water, and play. He is 14 yo with lots of experience taking care of pets while their family is away, always with parental oversight/assistance on stand by if needed! Daily walks and drop ins for potty breaks, filling up food and water, or just some much needed play time for the pups. Friend to all dogs. Can drop in for cats if needed. Able to pick up your pup and take for a leashed walk to get some exercise, pick up after them and top off water and/or add food when requested. Also love to get some play time in out back if available to get the zoomies out!
