I treat dogs in my care as my own children. I am a dog groomer. My hours vary. While I am at work my father who is retired and lives with me will stay home with your pet. So none are ever alone. “Krysta took such good care of my 8 month old mini dachshund Butter. I was in need of a sitter last minute and she answered me right away and took on the request which I really appreciated! Butter absolutely loved her and she always kept me updated. I will definitely book with her again.”

About: Ive always been around animals, both wild and domestic. I feel very fulfilled and passionate about working with animals, and understand their language quite well. Im happy to give exercise or comfort, whatever is needed. I can do some behavioral training as well. Im happy to adapt to whatever needs present themselves! I'm currently back at my parents house, waiting to join the Navy. I have plenty of free time and would love to spend it taking care of our furry friends! I have been traveling all over the country the past ten years, taking care of others pets and houses. This includes large lands, with chicken, goats, compost...the whole thing! I also have my own husky mix, and have kept her super happy and healthy. Ive also worked in behavioral health for years, and understand the approach that needs to be taken for both people and animals who have suffered from abuse.

“Nadine is absolutely wonderful with my two senior dachshunds and the senior conure. Before we went away for a few days, Nadine came to the house four times to get to know the dogs and the conure and to spend time with them. The “kids” love her and respond to Nadine as if she were an old friend. Our oldest doxie is a 30 lb standard who no longer does stairs, so he needs to be lifted up and down from the back stoop every time he goes out. The catch is that although the old boy won’t climb stairs, he suddenly thinks he’s Superman and can jump! Nadine quickly mastered the correct lift and block to get him up and down safely. Nadine kept in touch and checked in and out and sent extra pictures each of the three times she visited each day which was very reassuring. I know the dogs were in great hands, and so do they; and I know that because When I got home, they did not rush to see me to complain. They were welcoming and happy and totally at ease. We will absolutely use Nadine the next time we have to leave the dogs(and the bird).”

“Michelle was awesome!!!! She dropped in on my cat when I went away. She was reliable, communicative, and even brought my mail and packages in for me! My sweet guy gets so sick in the car so I hate to try and board him but I was so worried about leaving him alone. Michelle eased my fears and relieved my worries. I highly recommend Michelle and I’d definitely ask her to sit for me again.”

About: I volunteer with the organization that I adopted my pup from! I not only process applications for the organization, but I actively “babysit” pups overnight (sometimes 3 days at a time) for their fosters who occasionally are away on the weekends. I have the most experience with puppies and young adults, but also have watched older pups of my family members. I hope to give your pup a nice boop on the nose :) I am a full-time teacher on summer break! With my current schedule, I am available Sat, Sun, Tues, Thursday & Fridays! I look forward to discussing your needs for your pet! I have a 1y/o pup who is crate trained, friendly and loves to play with other dogs. She is my best friend! I’ve taken care of my boyfriend’s dog as she’s recovered from two separate TPLO surgeries. I’ve potty-trained and crate trained other pups from the rescue I volunteer with as I personally feel that’s the best way to make myself and you assured of your pets safety. My pup and I frequent the complex park multiple times daily and love a good car ride. A brief note of needs for your pet will ensure I care for them exactly how you do!

About: I have several years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, including puppies and senior pets. I specialize in providing calm, consistent care tailored to each pet’s unique personality and needs. I’ve worked with high-energy breeds that require structured exercise, as well as older pets who need a gentler touch and medication management. I’m also experienced in basic obedience training, crate training, and socialization techniques for puppies. What sets me apart is my reliability, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals—I treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. I’m home full-time, which means I have a flexible schedule and can provide consistent attention and care throughout the day. I enjoy taking walks and spending time outdoors, so incorporating pet care—whether it’s walks, playtime, or check-ins—works perfectly with our daily rhythm. My child is also learning to be gentle and respectful with animals, so it's a loving, calm environment for pets. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, safety and trust are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a clean, pet-friendly space that’s free of hazards, with plenty of room for play and rest. I supervise all interactions closely, especially if pets are new to the environment, and I follow any feeding, medication, or routine instructions to the letter. If I’m in a client’s home, I respect their space and routines, making sure pets feel comfortable and secure in their familiar environment. I always keep open communication with owners through updates, photos, and messages, so they feel confident and at ease while they’re away.
